The employees here can steal from you. Today, I went to pay my electricity bill. The total was $274, and with taxes, it added up to $275.50. I had to withdraw cash and was on the phone with the electricity service. I withdrew $300 from the ATM and handed the full amount to the teller Sarah. Sarah gave me back $4.50 in change, and I asked her where the rest was. She told me that was all. I, still on the phone with the utility company, told Sarah that I had withdrawn $300 and given it all to her. Sarah, who had a somewhat strange attitude, said, and I quote: “I counted it three times, and you only gave me $280.” I checked my pockets, thinking I might have put it there by mistake, but no. I insisted that I was 100% sure I had handed her the full amount. Sarah didn’t even attempt to help with the situation and just kept saying that I had given her $280. I had to raise my voice because, honestly, the impression I got from this employee was that she wanted to steal from me. Sarah kept saying, and I quote: “I counted it three times, and you gave me $280.” I replied, “Well, I don’t know what you’re going to do, but I want my money.” Another cashier next to Sarah got up to help, and between the two of them, they counted the cash drawer, and miraculously, my $20 change appeared. Sarah said, “Oh, sorry, here’s your change,” to which I replied, “Didn’t you say you counted the money three times?” It made me think, who knows how many times this employee has done this before, and who knows, God only knows, if she has done this to elderly people. Be careful when you go to this place. Don’t trust even...
Read moreOk so I've been coming here for about 6 months now. Every month I'm being charged something different. This month I had the same kind of check to cash. I went here as I always do (until I sign up for direct deposit for the person I am a payee for.) There was a new girl I never seen with really short hair working. She was very very nice and friendly but I noticed when I got home I was charged 3% to cash the check. Thats not too bad except the fact that its posted all government checks are cashed at 1.5% which is even better!! I love this place and have never had any issues besides being charged wrong. This is the second time now. This one really matters because the check was for $1,500.00......Thats a nice chunk of change to be losing! May I suggest maybe a quick staff meeting to get everyone on the same page as far as prices!?! It would be nice to be charged the right price every...
