Lancaster City Alliance — Local services in Lancaster

Lancaster city Alliance Ambassadors and clean team are now practically non-existent. All I see are one or two clean team members walk around pushing a cart or swinging a leaf blower back and forth that isnt even turned on. All the planter and tree wells have tons of cigarette butts in them and many of the tree wells are trip and fall hazards with a drop of more than 3 inches into the well. The only time anything is done is the day before an event. The Mayor has cut so many programs in the city citing they cost too much but we are paying for a service that is not providing even half of what is in the contract. Most if not all of the clean team's duties can be absorbed into the parks dept and the money shifted to pay for increased staffing. I have not seen an ambassador since before covid so that is 4+ years we have paid for something we are not using. This is the equivalent of purchasing a small fleet of cars and just letting them...

The bike ambassadors are a joke. Two of them were saying how much they think Lancaster sucks and one of them sells drugs on the job apparently. The "Team leaders" are unprofessional millennials and the whole system is completely wacked. They serve no purpose. It's a shame because they actually could benefit the city greatly if the management wasn't...
