Omgsh where to start!!! The absolute BEST pickles ever!!! I was addicted to pickles but sadly went into heart failure. With that I am watching my sodium intake which is 2000mg daily. Their dill pickles don't have any added salt! Exciting for me!!!! So I of course got a medium order and my entire family ate them all and even they said they were the best ever. Now for my family I bought the horseradish, the taco , the spicey and the garlic.... they were all very good. My hubby said the horseradish had just enough kick to it and he loved pairing it with a roast beef sandwhich. The following day he had the spicey ones and paired it with a turkey n cheese with cranberry mustard n he said he couldn't believe the pickles got any better but they do. Spicey obviously is his favorite. The garlic is VERY garlicy.... I personally tried it because they didn't add any salt n my gosh, wow... intense garlic. So you must be a fan of garlic n not just of pickles to enjoy that one. Customer service was so Great! The gentleman there was very friendly and let us sample prior to purchasing. Such a cute place with a friendly owner and super cute pup! . This is your center for everyone Pickles! There were more pickle loving and French Bulldog novelties than actual pickles, but that’s ok! They had everything you could want for the pickle loving person in your life. Glassware, candles and even emotional support pickles! . There were about 6-8 pickle varieties to sample (the honey horseradish one and the pickle salad were our favorites). Our favorite pickles are the half sour and the bread and butter pickles. The shopkeeper let us know how those two types are loaded with sugar, and that all their pickles use zero sugar. We didn’t realize they were that bad, but whatever, it was nice to hear that explanation! so yes, the pickles here top-notch, they let you sample everything, even pickle juice in the refrigerator! . These pickles are to die for! I came up from Washington DC for a little day trip and as a pickle connoisseur I just knew I had to stop in and get some pickles to take home. Initially I had my heart set on just getting dill because it’s a solid classic, but when I tell you my taste buds were dancing on my tongue the moment I tried the horseradish and honey flavor, I was sold that it was a new favorite (and I don’t even like horseradish typically)! I will 1000x be making the trip back to Lancaster just so that I can get my pickle fix from here. The owner was also super super sweet, patient, and helpful as I tried samples and made my selection.
