Local native here. Haven’t visited this place since they initially opened and took over MamaLicious. I visited and bought gifts there for Christmas 23’. The teenagers working the register were rude. I gave them a break thinking the holiday shopping must of been tough. Came back today - April 2024, yet again, rude teenagers working the register. Made mocking faces at me as I played the pac man machine and my family shopped around. I then looked directly at her and she purposefully made another face. Which is when I informed her how rude she was and my experience with place the last time too, and that we won’t be coming back. I was 15 once too, as a cashier, with a low paying job, but held the emotional intelligence and maturity to represent a shop professional and treat customers with kindness and respect no matter...

adorable little shop! I live in lancaster county, about a 25 min drive from downtown, and i always make this place a priority when i visit! I’ve always experienced great customer service and i love the reward punchcard options. i often go here to get gifts for my loved ones. my only complaint is that the price tags can be difficult to get off. as a store that seems to market towards gift-giving, i would expect the stickers to be easily peel-able so the gift recipient doesn’t see the price. for many products, its completely fine! but i’ve experienced issues with stickers on keychains, air fresheners, and stickers. keep in mind if you’re browsing for a gift, it may be easier to just sharpie out...

Madcap & Co has the best quirky gifts and fun knick-knacks. Every time I'm in town to visit my family, I end up stopping by. I ordered a few things online last week and they were hand-delivered to my family's house in downtown Lancaster, which was a very pleasant surprise!
