Grand salon dominicano — Local services in Lancaster

The stylists are good, but customer service is not great. I’ve been here with my mom several times, and today I had an appointment at 10 AM. At Noon, they still hadnt gotten to me, and about an hour into waiting the owner said “I forgot about you.” And they attended to a customer that got there after I did before me. So I just left. I really liked how they cut my hair, but I won’t be back, it’s just so disrespectful towards people’s time. It’s not the first time we’ve had to wait around a while, and I understand it’s a small salon, but a 2 hour wait when I had an appointment is crazy.
