True meaning of customer service right here. I was asked to order several Lancaster Gift boxes for an event my supervisor was attending at the late part of the week. I first placed an order for 6 six boxes and was concerned with the delivery times. I was surprised to get a quick response by phone and by email in regards to question I had on the deliver times. Diana was not only very professional but personable I could tell she sensed my stress and concerns, to my surprise the packages came to the office literally the next day. The next day I was asked to place another order for two boxes again concerned if they would arrive in time for Fridays event .Gabriel from The Lancaster Gift Box literally hand delivered the last two boxes so that they would be here in a timely manner for the event. I shop often in my personal and professional life and I just don't get service like this anymore honestly not even close. I just want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication and making my experience go so smoothly. I will certainly carry on the name to friends and family and look forward to working with this staff in the near...

This place seems cute and all and the gentleman is super informative and super pushy at the same time! We also bought a few items , one being the Rocky Road Bakery pretzels and they didn’t have a price on them, which seemed odd but they let us know that they were $11 and the BEST pretzels. Then the guy told us to open them up and try them because they didn’t have any samples of their own. He persisted multiple times for us to open it so we did. Well, I just went home to search these pretzels hoping to visit the bakery, and saw that they are sold for $7. So everyone, THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!but if you don’t mind being pushed into trying and buying something and paying way over the worth of these items, then so be it! Horrible customer service...

I used Lancaster Gift Box to put together a last minute Christmas gift for my partner. Their display room and store is well stocked with a great variety of local foods, crockery, and other odds and ends from Lancaster, Berks, York, and Dauphin counties. The help they offered as well as the knowledge in putting together my box was great, particularly because I was on a lunch break. Finally the box and wrapping is beautiful and stylish and all prices were hidden and removed. Use this company for the next person you don't know "What to buy for." Or to offer a taste of the area to a new transplant or someone who moved away. I actually have to get more pickles. My girlfriend loves them. Great, easy, nice place to get a wonderful gift...
