I've been coming here since i was very young and the more and more ive come here the more disappointed i leave, it never feels like I'm being heard or helped my recent doctors visit for continuous chest pain since last summer has left me wanting to never come back the doctor who saw me came in with a diagnosis of anxiety and acid reflux after skimming thru my medical history and speaking to the nurse who i only gave a brief description of my issue to she didnt ask me personally what i was in for she had her mind made up since before walking into the room and was aggresive when speaking she made me so upset that i cried while she typed away she didn't even notice i was so uncomfortable talking to her i tried to be brief with my responses so i could get out as quick...

Dr. Rast is such a great doctor. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a prescription for severe pain. The office was closing early due to cancellations and he made sure I was made aware so I didn't show up to a closed office. AND one of the women at the front desk stayed behind at the office so I could pick up my prescription before she left for the evening since they were closing. I've had only good experiences at this office and with Dr. Rast and the nursing staff. Everyone is wonderful and it is far better than my experiences at my previous doctor's office. Been coming here for 20+ years, it just keeps getting worse and worse. For some reasons doctors or PA's do not listen to concerns. I am sick and tired of complaining about the same symptoms to my doctor and feeling like they're either ignoring me or not listening. Either way, I advise you to go somewhere else. This place has declined in everything that has to do with healthcare and caring/compassion for the community they serve. I hope you guys stop focusing on money and do better as the main provider of healthcare here in Pennsylvania. I am not the only one with serious complaints about Lancaster...
