⭐️ 1 Star — Shady and Unprofessional Business Practices

My niece rented a U-Haul from this location on August 20th, and since her debit card wasn’t working at the time, I allowed her to use my debit card for a one-time charge only. My name was never on the rental agreement, and I did not authorize any additional payments after that date.

Fast forward to now (October), this location is still trying to charge my card multiple times a day for random amounts — first $126.67, then $95, then $63.34 — all within the same day. That’s completely unacceptable and feels illegal.

On top of that, the man working there tried to play my niece on the mileage, even though I personally did the walkthrough before she drove off. I took pictures, videos, and documented everything. Funny enough, he didn’t want to come outside when we picked up the truck, but had no problem coming out when it was time to return it.

I’m not the one to play with — I’ll be down there in person to address this. If these unauthorized charges keep showing up, I’ll be taking legal action and contacting corporate and my bank to dispute every single one.

Warning to others: document everything, use your own card, and avoid they B.S
