If you're looking for tacos with flavor and will fill you up, this is your spot. It has the old school taqueria vibes but with a modern twist. The customer service here is great, they make you feel like family. Don't get me started on how delicious the birria and asada is here. Its not mushy or flavorless like other places. My biggest pet peeve is when I would order asada tacos and the majority are fatty bits. This is not the case here, tacos are packed with flavor and give you the genuine taste, as if your family was cooking outside on the grill. Got the birria plate. Came with rice, beans, four tortillas, and some birria. Birria was salty but in a good way, no complaints there. Red salsa was spicy and delicious.

Service was good. Didn't wait too long.

Unfortunately all the portions were smaller than expected. Considering you pay $18 for a plate you would expect them not to scrimp on you.

Rice portion was disappointing and they only give you one salsa cup, beans were not refried and didn't have any cheese, and they also don't give you consomme to go with your birria. The actual amount of birria they give you is not a lot either.

I normally don't like to leave a bad review, especially for a place like this. I was looking forward to the food... The mural is lovely, however, the food not so much. I will be honest, the food was horrible. The burrito was just bad. The rice was mushy and over salted, with a burnt flavor to it. The meat, asada, was seasoned poorly. The tacos buche and cabeza, just as bad. The tortillas were soggy. The cilantro and onions are big chunks. Overall just bad food. Nice place, great service. But the food is horrible.
