The UPS Store — Local services in Laramie

Wow, I could not be more impressed than I was with my experience at the UPS store in Laramie this past weekend. I was challenged by emergency needs for a big non-profit event and our printer had broken down. All the staff the the UPS store were great, but Anna in particular was fantastic - calm, efficient, incredibly helpful in fixing layout issues I had, super-clear in her communications about how long the jobs would take and what my printing options were. last week i called this location to see if i could get a package delivered as general delivery through their store. the girl on the phone was very sweet and confirmed that as long as the address label states your name on the first line, and Hold for Pickup on the second line—that they would accept your package. it wasn’t their fault, but my package did arrive late. and they did not inform me that it was a $5 pickup fee. the employees were kind and i got my package, but the $5 pick up fee seems really silly, considering you’re saving them a step by not having to drive out...

Horribly inept at doing a simple task of locating a package that was shipped to this location. The help informed me that the package was not delivered, so i left the store drove 10 minutes in the other direction. Then pulled over tracked the package and sure enough signed for by the store manager herself. When I called the manager out on her error. She had the gall to charge me the a 5.00 storage fee. Imagine that, screw up and still get paid. Way to take a hard line and stick to your storage fee policy. Tip of the hat to you my lady for taking the road...
