This is THE place to take your computer to! I have a fairly high end computer, Ryzen 9 7900x CPU, Radeon 6950XT GPU, 32gb 6200MT/S ram, Corsair RMX 850 Watt PSU, a high end expensive system that I baby. When I tried to install a new gpu on my own the system crashed repeatedly. I quickly realized I was in over my head and reached out to AVLP. I called at 8pm expecting to just leave a phone message but Wins picked up and let me bring my PC in that same night! Wins worked around the clock, with constant updates and pictures of what he was doing with my system making sure I was informed and using layman language that was easy for me to comprehend. After he did hours of rigorous testing he found that the GPU I purchased was faulty. He wrote up a very formal and professional RMA (return merchandise authorization) form for me which I sent to the GPU vendor. Given his rigorous testing the GPU vendor didn't need to do any further testing to understand that I needed a fresh uncorrupted GPU. After I sent in the old faulty GPU along with Wins RMA and was waiting for the new one to arrive Wins supplied me with a GPU of his own so I could continue to use my computer. VERY generous. While he was looking over my computer he also found some other small issues such as a corrupted SSD which he also fixed for me free of charge! He went above and beyond to make sure my PC was running tiptop and did it for an VERY reasonable price! I only have great things to say about AVLP. From here on forward whenever I have a computer issue Wins is the only person I will be contacting for help. We purchased a new computer/printer and asked AVLP Computers to set it up, transfer the files from the old computer to the new one and make some custom settings to enhance user convenience and performance. Win, who owns AVLP Computers, offered to perform the tasks on-site and at our convenience. The new printer did not work correctly and Win contacted the manufacturer's technician to discuss the problem. The company technician installed multiple print drivers in an attempt to correct the problem and declared the problem resolved. I used the printer less than one day and the same problem reappeared. Win identified the problem and took the necessary steps to make repairs. That was several days ago and so far, everything is working as it should. Win has made several on-site visits to set up the new computer and rebuild and upgrade an older computer. My partner and I were interested in looking at used PC components rather than new components since we are both upgrading our PCs. After calling them, they asked us to text them about more details. The next day I texted them and asked about what GPUs they had, to which they responded. When asked about price, first they took a day to respond, and when they were asked again they asked us to name a price, which we did. Although we are not super knowledgeable about these parts, after scouring the market we found that the average price would be around $650 for two of the GPUs we were looking at combined. We offered $550 in a very open-ended way, expecting to haggle a bit for the price. They declined us in a rude manner with no further explanation. When asked about why they had declined our offer there was no response. No reasoning whatsoever. We are unsure if the person we talked to is new, or does not have customer service experience, or if they were intending to come off this way. Either way, we will not be purchasing...
