5 stars !!!!! I walked into this store and was instantly greeted by a lovely lady sitting at a desk. Vero was cheerful and energetic. I showed her the dress I saved on the phone from the website. She apologized that she didn’t think she had anymore in store because it was on sale but she looked it up on the computer and confirmed no other store had one either. I showed her the other dresses that I had saved and each of them she looked up. And there was one dress I saved that was available from the warehouse. She asked me what was the day I needed the dress for, the budget I was looking at and all the necessary questions that go with purchasing a dress. She did say that if the dresses I choose online wasn’t available she would be able to help me find a dress in store. She went in the back and got a dress comparable to the dress online, let me try it on. Discussed the options with the dress, resizing, alterations etc. Within an hour, I was purchasing my dress. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from this store. I knew it was going to be a good experience. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your dress needs. I was referred here from another shop and came to see what options they had for wedding dresses. They accept walk-ins and I didn’t even need an appointment. The associate Carolina, allowed me to try everything I wanted and even suggested some styles for me. I loved all the options I tried on which made it really hard to narrow down. I finally found the “One” and said “Yes, to the dress!” Unfortunately, the style I picked was discontinued. Lucky for me the sample dress fit me like a glove and the lovely manager Veronica worked some magic for an amazing discount. I found my dream dress and wedding veil all in one visit and will come back for alterations and bridesmaid dresses. I loved the friendly and attentive staff. I want to thank Carolina and Veronica again for making my dream come true. P.S. Keep in mind they also have formal dresses and quinceañera...

The shopping process was nice, pleasant, had a couple fittings, welcoming all good. We did order one dress but received a similar that had some enhancements, lights, because the original order was discontinued. Ok fine we took it even excited

Well the dress sleeve came off in the limo. We fixed it then the performance is happening and the opposite sleeve is now completely hanging. I'm not sure if this is common but for a 2k dress i wouldn't expect the sleeves to budge. I'm glad we didn't even try to turn on the lights until way after and nope the lights didn't work even with the replaced batteries. Yeah wasn't so happy with a dress that fell apart especially during her performance in...
