BEST BURGER — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Avoid! They charge a predatory 3% on all cars transactions, even debit. They also don't warn you until after you've placed your order. Many states have rightfully outlawed these disgusting fees. Typical debit card processing charge is 1-1.5%. Don't give them your business, they deserve to go bankrupt.

Edit: Business replied in a failed attempt to justify the fee. Had they bothered to read my review, they would see my big issue is the fact that it's charged for debit purchases as well. Per federal law debit card fees are capped far lower than credit card fees. Charging customers a fee that is literally double what the business will get charged for processing the transaction is theft.

As stated in my original review they don't advise you of this fee before you order. There is a notice on the 2nd drive thru window but not the sign where you order. If they are going to rip off customers, they should at least warn you BEFORE you order. Or they can do the right, moral and legal thing and not charge the fee at all on debit purchases.

I'll just take my complaints to the Nevada AG and the City of Las Vegas. They absolutely deserve to be put out...

Let me tell you about this little gem. I’m from LA and love the burger joints out there and wished we had em out here in Vegas and finally this spot popped up and life was good again. The burgers are top notch fresh made to order. Juicy soft but crispy, basically how you want a burger to be. Oh ya they have double the cheese per meat patty so if you are a cheese lover like me you’re in heaven here. Fries are hand cut and perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and seasoned to perfection. The chicken tenders are next level straight up. They are hand battered in their house mix and succulent as they are tasty. I don’t think I’ve been this impressed by a burger joint in a long time if ever. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This place checks all the boxes and more. I wish I had photos to put up but I always come here hungry and demolish my food without hesitation. I've been here multiple times since trying it because I can't get enough. Their food is addicting. I think the patty melt is my favorite item off their menu, and their double cheese burger being my second. I tried their tenders the first time I came and they're good but don't compare to their burgers. They are so juicy and delicious, cooked to perfection with the melted cheese that oozes out. The caramelized onions in the patty melt are pretty good and I'm not an onion fan but they work great with this. The burger itself is a bit pricey costing almost $8 just for the burger when it's $5-6 anywhere else, not a fan of that. But their service is also amazing, I normally just visit in drive-thru but they are very warm and friendly and welcoming, shows they are grateful for your business!
