Palm Garden Apartments — Local services in Las Vegas

I have been a resident at this property for about three years now and have to say that ever since SDS has taken over the Property Manager Aaron has been a blessing. He is has such a wonderful personality and always quick to respond and take care of any and all of my concerns and questions with a true empathy that is very rare now a days. When I first began my lease the place was in mediocre condition and since SDS has taken over there has been major improvements. They installed cameras throughout the property ensuring the safety of the residents, the pool is kept blue with clear water and now open. Even the laundry room on site is very clean and now available to use 24/7 whereas before it was not. They are still working on many improvement to the open apartments but are addressing them one by one and with a quickness. I can't wait to see what it will look like once everything is done. I’ve been living here almost 3 years. first 6 months maintenance was amazing as well as office staff. Then the company went through management like crazy after that. nobody’s ever in the office. Nobody ever answers. you’re only able to get your mail during office hours. You’re only able to wash your clothes during office hours because they locked the door so for people that work during the daytime and get home once the office is closed you’re unable to wash your clothes or check your mail. and don’t even try it on the weekends. My family and I have been living here for the past 6 months and we only have good things to share. Not only does Clarissa, the property manager, make the starting transition a lot easier, but she goes out of her way to really get to know you and make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond with whatever you ask of her, whether it be a repair or a personal request. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail is what makes your new place feel like home. Not only do we have emergency maintenance, but if you bring up any of your concerns to her, she makes sure they get taken care of.
