Europin Bridal Couture Store, Tailor & Alterations — Local services in Las Vegas

I went to this European tailor because they were one of the only places in the USA that sold the Julia Kontogruni wedding dress (around $7,250) however when I got there they changed that price to $12,659.65. If I knew that I would have gone to Texas instead but I was already in Vegas and said okay whatever. Which was a HUGE mistake. At first, they seemed professional—they took my measurements correctly. But everything after that has been a complete disaster.

They insisted I needed a champagne-colored petticoat under my dress, which I trusted since they are supposed to be the experts. Not only did this look terrible, but it wasn’t even the right style. Later, I discovered the website specifically states an XL petticoat is needed, yet they gave me a flimsy ring petticoat instead. Which I will post picture of that here.

On top of that, they charged me outrageous prices: • $600 for a plain wedding veil (no diamonds, no gold, nothing special). • $1,050 for alterations, and then more fees for additional “alterations.”

I also have proof in email that back in January 2024, the dress was quoted at $7,250. By the time I returned, the price had jumped significantly with no clear explanation.

They promised my dress would be ready in about 6 weeks. Instead, when I came back 7 months later on August 8, 2025, only the petticoat was done—unfinished, with no zipper. They expected me to keep flying back to Vegas multiple times for fittings. When I gave them another chance on August 20, 2025 the petticoat was still wrong.

I trusted them because they presented themselves as experts, but they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The entire process has been a scam that cost me thousands of dollars, wasted months of time, and caused so much stress.

I wish I had gone with Sposa Mia Couture in Texas instead.

This place Europin store is unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. Brides, please save yourself the heartbreak and stay far away. You have been warned.

I brought in two dresses and I wasn’t even sure if one of them could be altered because of the style. My mother used to alter my clothes and is an excellent seamstress, but she lives in Tulsa and I didn’t know if I could find anyone who would be able to do the alterations with as much attention to detail and care as my mother did. I looked up reviews for alterations and found Europin Tailor. I could not be happier with the work they did! My dresses look like they were custom fit to my body. I picked them up yesterday and they asked if I wanted to try them on to make sure they fit before I left. I was tired, so I told them I would try them on at home. They told me that if they didn’t fit right, I could come back and they would fix it. I had a feeling I would not have to come back, but was happy to know that was an option if needed. I was ecstatic when I came home and tried on both dresses. They fit perfectly and they did such beautiful work! It was completely worth what I paid. I have always felt like clothing fitting correctly can make all the difference between looking just “ok” and looking amazing and polished. I am grateful for Europin Tailor and their expertise. And Alma and her husband are lovely, kind and professional. I will be back for sure to get more clothes altered and am happy I found a tailor...

I was referred to Euorpin Tailor from a friend of a friend who said she got all her clothes tailored there. I saw they did custom wedding dresses and I was getting married on May 20, I wanted to see if they could help me accomplish my wedding goals and also account for my expanding belly because I’m expecting my first baby on top of that. I visited them in March and it was very quickly determined that instead of having a dress custom-made, it would be better to find a dress and have it tailored. I bought a dress I loved a size bigger and brought it to Europin in April to do the initial assessment of what would need to be done. Strategy: reconstruct the bust to be more form fitting, remove the zipper in the back, add in corset lacing and a fabric panel to adjust for any belly growth, and lower the back neckline to match the sweetheart neckline in the front. Luckily enough, with my wedding shoes, I didn’t need to bring the hem up. As you can see, they did an incredible job and I couldn’t have been happier with the final look for my wedding day. Plus, I was to wear my wings without messing up the silhouette of the dress! Europin made the alteration process a breeze and delivered the dress on time.
