Stepping into Snooze A.M. Eatery in Las Vegas, you're instantly greeted by its trendy and lively ambiance. The venue offers an expansive dining area, but it was the inviting patio that truly drew us in. Opting to enjoy our meal outdoors, my girlfriend and I weren't disappointed.
I decided on the Sweet Potato Smash with Bacon for my meal. This delightful plate consists of two perfectly grilled sweet potatoes, complemented by pickled onions, a crisp asparagus, red onion, & mushroom salad, and creamy avocado. I chose to have my eggs scrambled, but you can have them any way you like. The finishing touch was a drizzle of Snooze's signature Sriracha maple syrup, introducing a distinct flavor that danced on my palate.
My girlfriend kicked off her meal with the tangy Blood Orange Mimosa, a perfect precursor to her main dish, the Bravado Toast. This toast, made from rustic bread crisped with olive oil, was lavishly spread with smashed avocado, a special red onion honey jam, and sun-kissed tomatoes. The pair of sunny-side up, cage-free eggs provided a creamy contrast, and a dash of Maldon salt brought out the essence of the dish. Accompanied by Dijon citronette, spiced pepitas, and greens dressed in Parmesan, it was a hearty yet refreshing choice.
A special mention goes to the unique condiments that graced our table. From the distinct Sir Kensington’s ketchup to the fiery sauces, they added an extra layer of flavor to our dishes.
Our visit was further enhanced by our attentive server. Their warm approach and insightful recommendations ensured our day began on a delightful note.
In essence, Snooze A.M. Eatery offers more than just a meal; it's a culinary journey. For both residents and visitors of Las Vegas, this spot...
Read moreMonths ago I ate at the Snooze an A M Eatery in Ft Collins colorado. It was a similar experience but the review was 3 stars. Snooze an A M Eatery in Las Vegas is like the one in Ft Collins but my experience here I liked better. This one also has a variety of breakfast offerings. I was here for the Eggs Benedict . My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. Melanie was my waitress. The staff including the kitchen staff were very nice and friendly. With that in mind, I will let you know that have a "top ten" list for Benedicts. They have different Bennys with a chance to taste different types on their duo. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price
#1 - taste: They do use a thin ham. The poached eggs were requested light/easy and was presented closer to medium but acceptable. The Hollandaise sauce was made from scratch and was not overly tangy but smooth and flavorful . The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. Their hash browns were normally put in a bowl and browned. The waitress said they could flatten the hash browns. As you can see in the photo below. They were seasoned nicely. All of this brought the review to 4 stars. #2 -presentation : It was ok but needed a little more hollandaise sauce to be able to enjoy the taste of the smooth smokey cheddar flavor . #3-price: $13.75 is a little high. Coffee for $3.75 a cup is pushing it but seems to be the norm in a lotta places. I enjoyed my visit and recommend visiting Snooze...
Read moreWe visited Snooze for lunch today and found it to be a new go to spot for us.
Clean, noise level was around 62db which is perfect. Music and other restaurant noise was low enough to easily carry on a normal conversation.
Decor was simple, yet pleasant. Plates matched the patterns on the walls. The forks were curved to nearly a spork shape but left me wondering why all forks aren't made that way.
Guess I should talk about the food. Wait time was well within reason, plating was attractive. The temperature was spot on, and the flavors were perfect. I had the crab and artichoke omelet that included Gruyere cheese, sautéed asparagus, red onions, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and a drizzle of our house-made cream cheese hollandaise and scallions. Enough on the plate that I took some home with me. The seasoning was done tastefully with each of the ingredients present without overpowering any other. My plate also came with a spinach salad that included grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds and a very light Dijon vinaigrette, spiced with pepitas and parmesan cheese.
My wife had the pumpkin pancakes with a side of bacon. She reported that they were delicious. The serving size was so big that she brought enough home for maybe two more servings.
Our waiter was outstanding, and the manager, Hector, came around for a short chat.
I would highly recommend a visit to Snooze AM Eatery. Great food, ample serving size and very...
