I went to this target today and had a pretty good shopping experience till I went to the registers, RORY was my cashier and she was AMAZING btw so this review isn’t because of her but in the middle of her scanning out my items the computer froze on her, she didn’t have any of option but to go to the register next to her since no one else was around to offer assistance at the time, Ofcourse the line began to pile up and here comes her “manager” who is a short brown skinned guy with short hair who decides to come with a condescending attitude toward her and ask her “do you need assistance?” With a tone as if she’s(Rory) is slow and not doing her job properly. He asked her more than once after she let him know that she’s fine, loud infront of customers also. The way he handled his self was horrible. I felt really bad. I even went to him myself and let him know that she did her job GREAT and he didn’t have to handle the situation the way he did. Almost like he was picking on her when all she was doing was her job. I can see the discomfort from the way he dealt with Rory all over her face, it upset me deeply. I don’t even usually write reviews but this really stuck with me cause no one should speak to anyone in the tone he spoke to her in and how he handled her as an outcast who didn’t know how to do her job. I think even if she isn’t the best employee because she’s still learning, HE needs to humble himself and understand that at one point he was NEW and still learning and didn’t know it all. The attitude he displayed towards her and in front of everyone was...
Read moreNormally I don't shop there because the traffic is horrendous but I had to go to kohls next door so I ordered online. Most places you give them an order number or phone no and they get your order, show id and you're done but not here. First off, there's 3 emps chatting so I have to wait and then when I finally get someone to help I don't know if they are just blank or deliberately yanking my chain because this big fat woman behind the counter insists on a scan code. I give her the order number again and she just walks off and this other fat tub comes over and says the same even though I've got the order number written down and staring at him. Then he insists on id but he wants me to take it out and give it to him. Um no. I agree to put it on the counter but that was a mistake. Showing somebody like that your name, address, dl number and so on, not a good idea. So I don't know what he's doing but harvesting my dl number or something because name should be sufficient but that's not good enough. Then the lazy tub shows up with my order, without any cart. Seriously. This place is so ghetto. If I'd known how much trouble it would be, I never would have ordered there. And coincidentally, when I get home is there an email to give feedback, no. Of course not. Why solicit feedback when you're so awful anyway and everybody knows it. Then I went to walmart to pick something up and I didn't have to give them anything. I just checked in and they came out and gave it to me and I didn't even...
Read moreI always go to this place and since I like the store I applied for a red card but today the woman who is at security assumes that there are things that are not paid for because supposedly they were not on the receipt but she never had the dignity to checking the bags, giving me a hard time making me feel like I was stealing, without any proof that things were missing, the security sent me to have my things checked and a man approached me saying again that all the things were not there that were on the receipt and this time he verified that everything was there but still assuming that I was taking things without paying. This is unacceptable because they have the audacity to make people feel bad and judge customers who, like me, pay for everything without needing to steal from anyone. It has been the worst experience and worst customer service I have...
