Mr. Mordechai at The Jewelers saved me (literally)! I was wearing my grandmother's real gold ring on a trip to Vegas, but it turned out to be too tight, and my finger started swelling up / turning purple and prevented me from being able to remove the ring. I visited two different emergency rooms and an urgent care to have the ring removed, but none of them had the right tool to cut it off safely. Finally, after calling around various jewelers in Vegas, they all referred a "Mr. Mordechai" of The Jewelers store.

I walked into his store in a panic, but he immediately set me at ease with his welcoming and easygoing spirit, and he had the special tool to cut the ring off safely and cleanly! He cut the ring off within the first few minutes of me walking in, and didn't even charge me anything for it! I was so relieved (and my finger immediately started deflating back to normal). I was sad to have cut my grandmother's heirloom ring, but Mr. Mordechai saved me again, and was able to repair the ring (and even resize it larger) within 20 minutes for a very reasonable charge! See pics of the clean cut, then the clean fix. My grandmother's ring looked as good as new, and they even polished it! My family couldn't believe their eyes, as the ring looks better than before.

As I was waiting in the store, I started noticing a celebrity wall of photos. It turns out that Mr. Mordechai has been providing jewelry for some of the greatest celebrities for over 50 years - he has photos signed from Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Tom Cruise, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, and many more all thanking him personally! He even provided jewelry for Elvis back in the day! I felt like I had stumbled upon an incredible bit of Las Vegas insider history :)

I came in today to see if I could have my 80 gram 24k gold chain polished, when I asked the lady her first response was ok we can test it to see if it's 24k gold ??? Um i knkw what i own i asked for a polish... anyway so she lies away cakes back says it's 24k gold lol if we polish it will return to same finish within minutes ok cool fair enough so the pendant on my chain is a 50 pesos cenentario coin i said well this coin is 22k gold can yku polish this ?? She says it doesn't appear to be 22k gold so your saying that 50 years in business and the lady behind your counter doesn't lnkw what she's holding something as common as a cenentario coin pendant ?? So she has no idea what she's talking about and very rude like my stuff was fake and all this while I'm wearing an 18k gold presidential big face woth a 7 carat bezel!!! Lmao never felt so belittles by a woman who doesn't have money like i do lol neber go hear again mayhe you need to pull up i a rolls royce i gues my 70k m3 says I'm broke lol I spend 30k a month on jewelery the lost a very good customer and of you look at the 5 stat reviews it's from customers with petty stuff the person who helped me that day made me feel like oh this guy got money ima be attitude cause he got more than me of course gonna be nice to someone who you think beneath you im reading reviews thanks for helping ne find a chain for my locket thanks for the sizing (50 pointer diamond) thanks for fixing my 10 gram chain smh this place doesn't like big money people who look like they don't work 9-5 which i don't jobs for losers I create my own money nobody pays me owns me anyway desert diamond jewelers or coin mart they don't care what you have they ready...

What can I say….personal and professional advice and experience from The Jewelers of Lad Vegas and our most appropriated and kind jeweler Jamie Moore. She was so helpful and really did everything. She asked what I was looking for and I believe saw the panic on my face because I had no idea. She smiled and asked Rick what was her budget and she went to work from there. Within less than an hour we had a beautiful wedding set picked out and sized while we enjoyed conversation and a delightful cup of coffee andddd directions to some really good breakfast. We cannot thank you enough Jaime for taking such good care of us and we look forward to seeing you again next year for our anniversary, if not sooner. It is hard to find great customer service and good humans in one place. If you come here you also get some beautiful and special jewelry as a bonus. Also; take some time to look at all the history, photos and memorabilia on the walls of the store. There is plenty of free and safe parking and an armed guard who will kindly greet you and open the door for your entrance. Once inside….boy oh boy; there are some beautiful pieces of art/jewelry displayed for your collection and some reasonable prices as well.
