Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I had the most disappointing experience which I didn't think was possible at a Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive through at 6:30am on Aug. 29, I was the first order. The team member took my order and told me to drive up to the window where I proceeded to wait 15 mins for anyone to come to the second window. I finally called out hello, someone finally came to the window and I asked on the status of my order. The team member in a black shirt which I think indicates management, just looked at me and shut the window again. After about another minute a different team member came to the window and said sorry and handed me my food. When I opened up the item wrapping, it was the most poorly put together breakfast chicken burrito I have ever seen, honestly. It looked so bad I didn't even eat it. Would you, after waiting 15 mins and then have one team member look at you funny and then have another one hand you your food? Uh no. Totally sus. I would have circled around again but at that point I was running late for work and didn't have the time. So I left running late and hungry. Thanks for nothing. I always speak so highly of ChickfilA because their customer service is usually A++++ but sadly not this time. Truly disappointed and not looking forward to returning to this location any time soon, sadly. I'm going to keep it real right now because I stopped here to eat a little breakfast sandwich, and I'm just gonna break it down to all of you as far as how everything went vis-a-vis the breakfast sandwich that I ordered and my liking of it as well as everything that happened with the restaurant and everything else associated with all of those items. That's basically what this review is going to set out to accomplish. And accomplish our goals, we shall! I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. And I'll tell you right now that the biscuit was great. But let's break down the interior of the sando. The egg was overcooked. And to be honest, I'm never really sure if it is a real egg. Seems more like that egg beaters junk they started selling many years back. I'm not a fan, and I did not really like that part of the sandwich. Also, they did not include very much bacon at all, so that was a super bummer. You know when you're just left wanting more bacon? I'm sure you've had that feeling more than once throughout your many years, and I experienced it today, much to my shagrin. Now, the processed cheese food product that they use instead of real cheese is always the highlight of the sandwich, whether they planned that or not. I was on my lunch break from work today. And i placed an online order from the app like i usually do. When i got close i looked at my app it said my food was done and to come to the drive thru.

There was a white truck who made a right turn when i turn into the parking lot. He was in the far right lane and i was in the lane next to him. I couldn't predict what he was doing or where he was going so i went around him. Soon after he was behind me. I thought ehh no problem. To my surprise a young lady with a blonde ponytail and bangs was told im assuming by the manager to serve people in my lane. There already was another young lady taking orders ahead of her. When i got to the lady with the blonde hair she told me the other lady was gonna take my order. So she went to the truck behind me. Which i thought was odd but whatever.

I get to the front of the line and im told my order isn't ready. So the man at the window told me to park and someone would bring me my food. So i wait at least 20 mins. No one comes out to bring me my food. So i go inside which i never had to do before. Idk what all of that was about but i ddnt like it. Chic fil a is literally my favorite place to eat and ive never been treated like that at any other location...
