We are in Las Vegas for only a few days to attend a wedding, but decided to go shopping today at Gold and Beyond and as so pleased with the service. Jesse our salesman was patient and extremely knowledgeable, as well as helpful, he stayed late to ensure we were completely pleased, although today was his birthday. Derrick, came along and helped with additional knowledge in areas we were unsure of, which helped finalize the sale of a YSL purse that I was eyeing, then he was kind enough to call, as well as pay for us an Uber, to ensure we got to the dinner spot that was recommended by Martin, the jewelry engineer.

I can’t say enough about Martin, who ensured that the ring that we were purchasing was perfectly fitted. Then while we waited for everything to be finalized, Martin cleaned and serviced our jewelry that we were already wearing, even though it was not even purchased from Gold and Beyond.
