I like that they have items made by local native American tribes; you must ask to confirm what you're interested in is actually made by a local tribe- I don't like that the owner (old white guy I assume) also makes "indigenous" looking things & sells them- he makes pipes and rattles and although adds a tag that says not made by local tribe or Native Americans but found it distasteful; with how much we have taken from Native Americans making "art pieces" similar and selling it cheaper then the authentic items feels wrong. Also, I purchased a textile woven rug and it was marked almost 20 dollars less then what I was charged. Just looked at my receipt - I told her I don't live local so I feel frustrated I can't go and get my money back. The women was chatting and trying to add things to my already large purchase and I find it a little bother some she didn't say anything....

They've got cowboy hats, copper jewellery, linen shorts, linen shirts, tank tops, trinkets.. so so much, it's just such a cool store! We only stayed in Lava for 3 days, but we went into this store every single day. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
