It was our first time in Lava Hot Springs so we definitely needed some help with knowing about everything. There are so many tube rentals and all, it can be a little overwhelming. We were very pleased with their service and helping us to have a great experience. The lady was so kind and helpful for our family of 6 kids when renting 2 quad tubes and life jackets, and buying some water shoes. She gave us a screaming deal and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. She even let us keep some of our belongings in the store while we were rafting for a few hours. For sure...

I was in Lava Hot Springs last weekend and made purchases a couple of times.

First time was at 10:46a.m. Sales Receipt 99061 Description: Tee Women Plus 2xl for $35.99 plus 8% tax $2.88, totally equalling $38.87. My bank draw was for $40.23.

The second trip was at 3:45p.m. Sales Receipt 99105 Description: Swimsuit/Board for $25.99 plus 8% tax of $2.08 euqalling $28.07. My bank draw was $29.05.

Why the discrepancy? Do their machines skim? No one answers phones and email bounced back as address not found. Interesting. Pay only with cash if you HAVE...

We visited Lava during October, and it was amazing! The folks at Mountain Mayhem Adventure Rentals were so great. Our family had a total blast tubing down the river. The price for tubing for an hour was beyond reasonable, and they dropped us off and picked us up each time. We asked for life jackets, and they provided four for us, no problem and no charge. They were also kind enough to even take pictures of us tubing and send them to us. Definitely our favorite part...
