items I was still needing after my baby shower and had to return a few small diaper packs so I had a merch card and a gift card to use. When I got up to register I used my $15 off 100 on Target Circle and forgot to use my gift cards. I went to the service desk to exchange and was told they couldn't give my discount off of Target Circle on the items I was going to return to basically be able to use my gift cards…this was literally maybe one minute after I purchased my items. The team lead and store director denied applying the discount and mentioned serval times the cashier gave me a price match I wasn't supposed to get($4) because they no longer price to competitors. Mind you, I just got done checking out and the cashier never mentioned this to me. I was told that the cashier was new and messed up but they would still honor that price match but for some reason couldn’t give me the discount off the 15 off 100. All I wanted to do was paid what I already paid with a different tender. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience and felt like because I was allowed to get the price match prior they weren’t going to allow me to get discount from Target Circle. Consistently, this Target has unprofessional customer service, management, and employees. I have gone to Target stores all across the U.S. and none of them were as poorly ran than this particular store. I work within a 3-strikes-your out mentality regarding my being a consumer. Therefore, this feedback is based on 3 separate visits spanning over a one year period with 4 months between each. The first experience involved a store associate not offering me a reusable Target bag despite offering others next to me one (Please Note: I am a both Black America and Indigenous). The second experience involved going to this store to purchase clothing and the entire department was filled with heaps of clothing that had not been re-racked or placed anywhere with organization in general - even posing fall risk as I navigated to the fitting room. The third experience involved going to this store to purchase three gift cards and asking for three separate receipts since they would be given to friends. This experience by far was the worse of all three. It went inappropriately handled by both management and customer service and unresolved without my purchasing these gift cards after all. Had to do a little "Must Have" shopping. After my eye exam at Target's on-site eye Dr, which by the way gave me one of the least stressful eye exams I've ever had... I went over to Target Optical your fill my prescription.

It's time for glasses and new work shoes. I love Target optical because I always get great service and a great price for a great product! The sales associate was patient, and gave me her honest opinion, and after trying on about 15 pairs of glasses, she helped me choose the one that looked the best on me. I'll let you see them when they come in. And with Planet Fitness being so close, I stopped in after shopping for a quick work out.

While at Target I also got some new work shoes, they were on sale so I picked up a couple of other things too. And as always I was checked out by a very friendly sales associate on the regular store side which always keeps me coming back...
