Bought two shirts off of a sale rack that said buy one get one free. Also ordered a shirt to be made. After four days of not being notified the shirt was completed I went into the shop to learn it had been done and they claim they had sent text. While there attempted exchange one of the sale tees. Was told even though there is a hole they would not exchange. He said sorry about that that’s why they’re on sale. Nothing on the sale sign suggested they were on sale because they were damaged. They still had the same shirt in size and color available but they would not exchange the shirt claiming I should have known better it was on sale. No where does it suggest the sale is due to damage; I pointed this out and he said yeah sorry about that but was willing to do nothing. Cool concept for a store but terrible...

Great place. They can do just about anything and everything. The staff is helpful, too. I wouldn't say friendly, but they will definitely get you set up with what you want and do everything for you. You can also bring in your own shirts, and I find this to be the cheapest thing I have ever done there. They say they dirt cheap, but it will cost up over 20 bucks and more. Its 18.50 if you bring in your own shirt and do the most basic design, and it goes up from there. Great place...

The in-store staff is amazing and easy to work with, however, the online ordering process and employee were horrible. After placing a large order we wanted to add one more item but it took weeks for them to get it ordered. The store did it immediately.
