Oaks at New Hope — Local services in Lawrenceville

I have been living at the Oaks at New Hope since 2015 when it was Ashton Creek Apartments. When Dominium Management took over as property management I am very pleased with the transition. All the staff have been awesome during these stressful times and changes. I truly appreciate Princeton and Ms. Sharon who have had the best customer service. I am very grateful for the how Princeton goes above and beyond his duty to help and assist me with my needs. He is always kind, positive, friendly, and professional at all times. Princeton is definitely a great asset to this apartment community team who stays on top of both the company's needs and the customer's needs. Both Princeton and Ms. Sharon are always available when I contact the office whether it be by phone or in person and always follow up expeditiously when resolving any request or information I am in need of. It is a pleasure to have such a really great team who shows teamwork and responsibility to their careers. Princeton is thee best let’s just get that out of the way first! A few weeks ago I was viewing a unit and I liked it a lot for my first apt. He answered all my questions and helped me get in pretty smooth. Sharon, the manager is sweet. She too is also very informative and helped with my process. She took her time along with Princeton to fix a little hiccup my job made that would’ve prevented me for getting an apt with them but after about of week and a half of playing the waiting game I got call that I was all good to move in!

I love how small the community is and like to see the daily work being put in by construction to do renovations and add ons. Usually when there’s new management certain things don’t get done as far as the upkeep. But they are.

Maintenance could be better,no offense.

Oaks at New Hope is quiet. Neighbors that you may meet are friendly but for the most part I mind my own business lol.

For starters Mr. Hollis is an amazing individual. I’ve been looking for a place since august and have just been ending up at a dead end so to speak. When I meet the team at new oak for the first time I was greeted at the door and immediately I felt at home before even applying. Mr. Hollis went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive a place to call home at new oak. Every obstacle that it seem like I was facing weather it was getting approved or simply getting my inspection done by DCA. He’s so professional I know I worried him to death calling every other day and answering questions lol but he never made me feel as if I was bothering him. I’m new to the area so I just wanted somewhere safe, and sufficient enough for my daughter and I to live.
