Esquisito Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en Esquisito Bakery debido al trato recibido por una empleada llamada Karen. Desde el principio, su actitud fue grosera e impaciente cuando le pedí información sobre los pasteles, sus precios y tamaños. Cada vez que le hacía una pregunta, me respondía de forma cortante, con evidente molestia, incluso torció los ojos y suspiró con fastidio, como si estuviera harta de atenderme.

Cuando noté su actitud, le pedí que me atendiera otra persona, a lo cual respondió tajantemente que no había nadie más. También le pedí hablar con un manager y me dijo que no había nadie disponible. Para colmo, me dijo: “apúrate porque tengo más clientes”. En ese momento le recordé que yo también soy cliente y que solo estaba tratando de entender la información.

Finalmente, otra empleada muy amable se acercó a ayudarme y agradezco mucho su disposición, pero considero inaceptable el comportamiento de Karen. Como cliente, merezco ser tratado con respeto y cortesía.
