Went in for a phone case. Took jus minutes. The Manager Sam was awesome! He took me right to the compatible cases n even found one that matches my favorite purse that I came in with. On top of that he realized I needed a screen protector. I completely forgot I've been without one for a while now because it was a liquid glass n had shattered a few months ago. Then after I was ready to check out I asked him if he had any good earphones he would recommend. He pulled out a set of wireless insisting before purchasing to check it's capabilities and its operations of the device and the charger that was included. Hi guys so my name is jazmine Doyle I went in yesterday to get my screen on my iPhone fixed and noticed it started over heating that night than today after it went dead I placed it on the charger it hasn't held a charge all day. Idk if the port was tampered with but I'm pregnant and have a trip planned before my labor day and it's just sad that if my son comes early I may not be able to fix my phone again because money I have to keep spending I went to cellular gizmos because I heard the service was good but idk why my phone isn't charging after sending it in for a screen problem. Reasonably priced. I had a language barrier issue with my service. Changed the price 3 times. Gave down payment to order phone part. Received my partial payment receipt. Came back to pick up my phone a few days later. Paid the rest to receive my phone. Employee working asked me for my down payment receipt i handed it to him. He completely ripped the receipt not knowing it was my work phone and i was gonna be reimbursed the total amount to fix it. Now im out the cost of repair and they refused to print out...
