Went here after giving it some time and I have to say it was extremely disappointing and has a few issues. First most blatant issue is if you in a truck and you have passengers, you might as well tell them tough luck because the drive through sign is so low you can’t see half the menu. Most people in Lawton drive trucks and are generally tall but if your in car it’s going to be okay for you. However for me I couldn’t see jack while my mother could. Go order inside if you have a tall vehicle. Second issue is that when we got our order things were pretty small compared to the price. Six dollars for a small small smoothie. I understand it’s more quality but I’d expect at least a medium sized cup for that price. It’s extremely expensive for what feels like hardly any drink. This is more of a personal gripe but for some it might be fine.
And lastly the other issue is we ordered an iced coffee. They said we ordered hot and told my mother no, you said hot. My mother only drinks cold coffee. She never asks for hot coffee and I mean never. If it was on her I wouldn’t say anything but I’m 99.9% sure she said iced cause she never gets anything else and I heard her last words be iced before we pulled up. So we took that drink not wanting to leave the people behind us waiting in line forever. And it tasted like hot milk so my mother wasn’t happy.
Foods okay. That’s why I gave it two stars. This isn’t the worse place to go to but for our first experience it has some issues and some general incompetence going on. I’d recommend you go elsewhere unless they have something you can’t get anywhere else. It’ll be far better price...
Read moreI decided to try this place out for the first time the other day...went in to order 2 baguette sandwiches and decided to use the kiosk because I knew I was going to customize both sandwiches. Made my order and asked the man working if I should stand around and wait or have a seat...He said have a seat we will call your name when it's done..I sat right by the kitchen window where the food comes out, mind you it's empty inside..20 minutes go by then almost 30 and the guy I spoke to asked me if I was waiting for something and I told him no one ever called my order out. We went to the window and lady behind counter picks up a bag with my name on it and says it was ready 10 minutes ago, so I ask did I do something wrong? Are my sandwiches cold now, which she replied no i wrapped them in thermal paper. Was I supposed to wait at the window? The guy said no,they should've called you up...im frustrated but whatever..Then I get home 1st sandwich had no bacon,no pickled onion, no tomatoes, 2nd sandwich has no bacon...receipt on the bag even had all the add-ons listed that I paid for...$30.00 for 2 sandwiches ,I'll never go back again..first impressions are...
Read moreMessing up my orders left and right. I am patient and give a lot of grace. But the last 3 days in a row something was either missing (I get my breakfast there before work) or it was terrible. Even when I get the bag and ask „is that everything“, the person goes „yes, have a great day“… just for me to drive to work and realize half my food is not there. At that point it’s too late for me to turn around and complain. Checking the bag everytime before I leave the drive thru is possible but not exactly practical since I’m holding up a line and it’s dark when I go to work. The other day, the boy who handles the morning business handed me a lukewarm iced coffee with absolut nothing in it. Basically a cooled off black coffee. I almost spit when I tasted it. Please do better, Panera. Regardless of the issues, I like their food and that’s why I’m going back. And on top of everything they are expensive. If this was McDonalds, I wouldn’t even bother to write...
