I have loved 7 Brew since they opened. The drinks are always good and consistent, the employees are nice, and the vibes are good. BUT today's experience has left me frustrated. I got to 7 Brew this morning and the line was the longest I have ever seen it, not a problem, we all want our coffee. I join the outside lane and as I am sitting there, I notice that only one worker is out taking orders and she is only taking orders in the first lane, leaving all of us in the outside lane abandoned. I sat for about 12 minutes still without my order being taken and I watched every car that was in the first lane leave as they got their drinks. Finally, another worker comes out and takes my order, moving on to the people behind me. Another 6 or 7 minutes goes by and my lane still has not moved. Another worker goes to the car in front of me and takes their order, I realized that my order was taken before the person in front of me got theirs taken... why? Anyway, I am frustrated that I was there for a total of 30 minutes and that for a majority of that time I was stuck in one spot in my lane as the other lane was steadily flowing.
A solution to this issue would be to either have more than one employee out taking orders, or if there is only one person available to take orders at the time, have them alternate lanes so that both lanes can be moving. Very disappointed in the service today, but the drink...
   Read moreMy husband and I have been going to seven brew for over a year now up in Okc and so we stopped off at the one here in Lawton to order our usual orders of medium iced cinnamon roll extra sweet and a large iced chai with caramel drizzle and caramel flavor. When they handed me mine I took a small sip of it and was hit with such an intense bitter taste. When I told the woman that it was at our window about it being extremely bitter she popped her head in and told one of her coworkers and then told me that they donât remake drinks if theyâre messed up on, and that if I want it fixed Iâll have to buy it again. Weâve never had issues with this in the city at all before. They handed my husband his drink and I said Iâm not paying for a whole new drink because they made my first one wrong. As we were leaving my husband tried his and they had also completely messed up his too. The attitude of everyone except the woman that took our order was absolutely ridiculous. Oh and they repeated our order back to us once we pulled up but we had to ask them to correct it because they had my cinnamon roll as a sweet and salty. So Iâm wondering if they were being nasty just because I asked them to change my drink to what it was supposed to be when I ordered it and so I think they made the drinks terrible on purpose.    Read moreI was really excited to hear we were going to get a new coffee place in town, I really liked the set up of double lane drive through, and I really like all the drink choices and prices. It has been my go to coffee spot because of how good the drinks are and the pricing. When they first opened the service was amazing, since then, it has gone down hill. They blare music so loud, they force scripted conversations, I have been asked the same questions every single time "where are you off to" "where do you work" it's become redundant. I don't mind conversation, but its all fakey and scripted. What is the most frustrating for me is seeing a bunch of drinks sitting at the tables and no one is running them and they're melting. Meanwhile the other employees are dancing or not doing anything, when they could run the drinks and make the lines go quicker and everyone has fresh drinks. I do like the chill fun atmosphere, but not when I am 3/4 cars back and my drink is just sitting there and no one...
