This place is so disorganized it's a wonder they stay in business.
I'm getting married October 20, my engagement photos are on September 26. I order a suit and a button up shirt from them August 31, 2018 and was told it would take around 5-7 business days to arrive. Measurements were taken and we were told we would be contacted when it arrived. A week and a half + later still no call from them, so I call them up asking if my suit arrived? They tell me, yes it's been here for a few days. I thought, OK, why didn't you call me then?
My fiance goes in to pick my suit up, which they can't find anywhere in the store. Over 40 mins of looking for it they find it rolled up in a small bag somewhere. The manager tells my fiance this has never happened before. At least he does the nice thing of giving it a quick steaming, to get all the wrinkles out. -rolls eyes-
I get home to try everything on. The suit fit real nice, but they ordered me the wrong button up shirt. I wear a 15 34/35, they gave me a 16 36/37. So I take the shirt back the following day, Thursday, September 13th, to get it exchanged.
Wednesday the following week I call them up and ask if my shirt arrived? They tell me yes, it arrived Monday. So I was a little annoyed and asked, why again no one called me to let me know my order had arrived. The person assured me they would be speaking immediately to the person about not calling me.
This morning, September 22, my fiance and I go to pick my shirt up. The associate hands it to me in a bag and as I'm leaving the store I look at the shirt. Again, it's the 16 36/37! I turn right back around and I asked why they ordered me the wrong shirt, again? I was so irritated at this point. The associate had no idea why they would have done that. He then calls the Colorado Men's Warehouse to see if they have my shirt in stock out there. I told him I needed my shirt by September 26th, this is why we ordered this weeks in advance. They are busy out in Colorado and said they would call him back later. The associate helping me tells me to take a seat, but I told him I didn't want to waste my time sitting here all day waiting for them to call him back. He said that if the store in Colorado did have my shirt, the earliest they would get it here in Utah is by Wednesday the 26th. I told the associate to call me back when he finds out, which he told me he would. So I leave the store in a huff, go out to tell my fiance what is going on.
I then realize I didn't get the associates name, because at this point I don't believe them at all when they say they will call me back. So I go back in the store several minutes later, the associate still sitting where he was earlier when I left tells me they have my shirt, which, believe it or not, they did. I asked him, why didn't I see your fingers on the phone keypad dialing my number to let me know this information???
He stumbled around his wording, I grab my shirt from him and left the store immediately.
Now I'm not someone to get upset too quickly, I know things happen but I found this totally inexcusable.
Bottom line is, I wish I could have given them an even lower rating than what Google has listed here. And I will never be going into that store again, for anything, EVER.
If any of you go here, I certainly wish you all better luck when dealing with this...

Read moreWent in to buy a suite and was told everything on the wall was buy one get one free. I was told my size and that someone would be over to help me as soon as possible. I proceeded to shop and found two suites that I really liked. I was there for an hour. I tried on the suites and still no one came over to help me. A couple walked into Menâs Wearhouse and were immediately greeted and assisted. Thatâs when my wife spoke up and pointed out that we had been there over an hour and that we needed some help. A very apologetic lady left the new couple that had walked in and began to assist us. It didnât take long to be sized for the adjustments. When I went to the front to pay for the suites I was then informed that for some reason one of the suites I had chosen from the buy one get one free wall did not qualify for the sale. I was confused and more then frustrated so I just bought the one suite. I figured this was a bad day for them since it was right before Fatherâs Day. 2 weeks later I went in to pick up my suite. They never called me to let me know it was done I just figured it should be. I handed a nice man my receipt and then watched him walk all around the store multiple times looking very confused. He finally asked someone else for assistance and it took them some time to find my suite. Iâm thinking it was wadded up somewhere. They did press it but brought it out with no bag or plastic or anything. I tried it on to make sure everything was good. Everything fit good but I did feel like I was an inconvenience the whole time I was there. Needless to say I have bought 4 suites from this same store in Layton but I will not be going back. I will try a new place and see if I have...
