If there was a possibility for no stars, I would give it!!! I ordered my glasses online and paid 10 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping. (Tried to use my target card online and it wouldnât accept it. So I missed out on 5% off.) Then a few days later went to the store and was told there is no way they could get them to me in 2 days. So I was given a number to call for customer service. I left on vacation that day and decided not to call until after I got home bc maybe the glasses would be to my house by then and I wouldn't have to complain or deal with it. When we got home over a week later and almost two weeks after I originally placed, my glasses were still not there and I had not been informed why, by email or phone call, etc... so I called customer service. The first rep I talked to was nice and said she would refund my shipping and email me as soon as she found out why my glasses weren't even shipped yet. I hung up. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER! A few days later I called again and talked to someone else who told me my lenses were done but my frames were waiting to be sent to the site to fit to the lenses. She would inform me when she knew more. So I refused to hang up until I had an email in my inbox with her name and email so I wouldn't have to call again. A few days later, no response. So I emailed her and a few hours later got an email back saying the frames were out of stock and they would "happily" input different frames and pay for expedited shipping. Uh no thanks! I haven't called to cancel the entire order yet so I will update how that goes. I was on my last pair of contacts and my eye have been super sensitive lately and I needed glasses as soon as possible. 3 weeks later the glasses haven't even shipped. So save yourself the frustration and don't order from...
Read moreCan someone provide more information. My experience with Dr. Larsen is always great. My issue is being charged $40 for a contact fitting. I have two insurances; TriCare and Aetna. Is a glasses prescription and contact fitting $40? It doesnât matter if you get one and not the other or both, itâs still $40? I was told neither instance covers contact fitting and the contract fitting was $40. However, after the exam, after I was given my prescription for glasses. I asked for the contact prescription too. There was no additional exam. He wrote the prescription from last year since it had not changed. For what was the $40 payment? I couldâve walked in and asked for last yearâs prescription. It wasnât a chargeable service. I didnât get back in the seat for a contact fitting. I received the prescription for glasses only then he added the contact prescription upon request because my contact prescription didnât change. If they just gave me a copy of last yearâs prescription I wouldnât have been charged $40 for a contact fitting? Can someone please provide more...
Read moreI have purchased four pairs of glasses from this location and have been very pleased with every single pair. The other day a screw came out of one of my pairs and I took it in and Hannah fixed it immediately with no questions asked. They have always been super friendly and very customer oriented. I remember working with Stephanie when I purchased my first set of glasses and was so pleased with them that I came back for more sets. I highly recommend this Optical department and their level of care. They are also fun to be around and offer great advice when choosing a frame and glass features. I came back in on January 19th of 2024 and Keller assisted me with the same issue. Once again an excellent experience with just smiles and a friendly staff. I have been so happy with my experiences here and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Keller for providing another...
