I updated my review as we eat out a lot and this was our experience lastnight. We spent over 20 minutes trying to order online but every time we were trying to get our free bowl Which only uses 750 points and we had over a 1000, It would error out. So we called up the store and they said that we could just place the order over the phone and they would take care of it when we got into the store to include the military discount that we can't use online. We asked the lady's name and she told us Adele and said she was the store manager. When I got to the store, I was going to pay and the young skinny redhead female, I told her about the situation and Adele knew about it. she looked lost and she said oh yeah that's taken off but then she gave me the grand total of $58.something, Which was the same total without any bowls being removed and without any military discount. I said that doesn't sound right. And I told her that was the same amount without anything being taken off. So then she said oh you're right it wasn't taken off. So she called the other female from behind the counter and she couldn't do anything either. Could not get loyalty points to work so they called a young man Uber and he said he was just going to take 2 bowls off for the inconvenience. I told her I would still like the military on top of that and she said no problem that she put it on. I asked her her name and she stumbled and said jarbie. I feel like I was lied to about both of those names. She told me the 36 was the total and then she told me never mind I didn't get the military military and she looks back at the guy and back to the computer, said never mind I did put the military on and the total is 36 like I told you before. It didn't sound right but what could I do, I couldn't see what she was charging so I gave the credit card and paid. When I got out to the car with the food I looked at the receipt and 2 bowls weren't taken off, Instead it said guarantee -$15. I feel like she must around with the charge or the bulls that he took off because one bowl is worth $10 at least. And absolutely no military discount. I didn't feel like going in there and arguing because she lied over and over again. When I got home we realized my son's pesto tortellini was only a quarter of the way filled on a regular bowl. We did take a picture of it, and you could still see the bottom of the bowl. My 16 year old, 6 foot tall, 260 pound son was still hungry and had to make himself something else to eat. Read moreI went to this location on 6/28/2020 around 1:30PM. I ordered the BBQ Mac, as that is one of my favorite items on the menu. I ended up getting really sick an hour later and realized I had food poisoning. I tried to call and let them know what had happened in hopes this doesn't impact other customers. I had a feeling it was the pork, as it was cold and probably wasn't at a safe temperature. The liquid cheese was also really watery, which was not a normal consistency. I should have known with my experience and just refused it to begin with. To note, pre-COVID their tables were always really dirty and shown a lack of attention, but I am also a patient person and I know it can get busy from my fast-food past experience. I requested a refund and they offered free food, but I didn't want free food because I got sick from there. IDK about anyone else, but when I get sick from somewhere it kinda kills the appetite for a while. They requested we go down with the receipt and the card used. I asked my wife to go because I am feeling really ill. My wife went down and spoke to Cassie. She refunded us for the BBQ Mac and not my wife's (which is fair) but stated she believed I was lying and wanted free food. My wife let her know that I have stomach problems and can be very sensitive to foodborne illnesses. This is really frustrating for me because I have always been an honest person and I pay for everything. I used to work for Arbys as a manager for 6 years and I know how serious foodborne illness is. I know that bacteria grow fast in between 40°F and 140°F in only 10-20 minutes. I called back and said a few words because that was stupid. Read moreI went in with a friend tonight and he ordered right before I did. We waited quite a long time, about 20 minutes, before they gave him his order. We then waited almost another 20 minutes for mine, and watched the staff bring 5 other orders out that had been made after mine. My order wasn't even complicated, my friend's order was more complicated than mine. They had forgot about me, just left my order halfway completed, sitting in a bag on the counter, staff just standing next to it literally doing nothing. I had to go back up to the counter and say that I was waiting for my order for them to actually finish it, which still took them 5 minutes. While waiting I heard the staff whispering that I'd been waiting over 30 minutes. When they finally gave me my order, the staff asked if I wanted a refund, which I had never said anything about, but I said "sure", thinking they were trying to apologize for making me wait for 40 minutes for a very simple order. But alas I was mistaken, when he started processing a refund he asked "oh did you still want your food?" as if I really just came there to waste 40 minutes of my time for no reason. So he made me pick between getting the food or the refund that he offered in the first place. Why even offer a refund? And I received no apology for any of this. Huge waste of time, lack of respect, training, and simple observation from staff, and the fact that the food is so expensive for what you actually get made me rate this experience 1 star.
