It was actually great, my wife and I really enjoyed the classic crispy cones. There were great options for customization and fun flavors of the week! The only downside is I went later in the evening around 9:30 and I felt bad. There was one guy behind the counter managing everything from customer and making orders, when there were two other employees in the back on their phones and not doing anything. Even when other customers came in behind me the person behind the counter looked towards his coworkers and they were not paying attention or came to help in the rush. I also was hoping for better To-Go options for carrying my orders home. We just had these plastic cups (see photo) and I still had to carry the cones, napkins and spoons and one person carrying multiple cones for a group of people would be really messy. Hope for more options in the future!

A delicious treat for your senses. When you walk in you are greeted with a hint of cinnamon sugar tickling your nose and that fresh baked bread aroma that transports you to days of home baking. Visually, the ice cream sits regally on a throne of golden brown, its peak proud and inviting. As soon as you dive in the soft serve melts on your tongue, mingling with the flavors of the cone, sauce, and toppings. You will need the proferred wet wipes. This is a treat! I’m writing this on my third visit while I wait for my fresh cone (because all the cones that had been rolled were consumed by the people before me this late afternoon). I really appreciated that the employee let me know why I was waiting and ensured it was worth it. Oh. It. Was. Worth it. As an after dinner treat, I’d recommend sharing the classic; otherwise, go for it yourself.

Soft serve ice cream on a whole new light. Above the counter, it reads: "REVOLUTIONIZING THE SOFT SERVE CONE" and that is no lie! The unique cone, a common European pastry, is coated on the outside with cinnamon and sugar while coated on the inside with your choice of "spread." Choose from peanut butter, Nutella, etc. It is then filled with soft serve ice cream, topped with something like crushed Oreos, Heath bar, cookie dough bites, or several other choices, and finally drizzled with a sweet sauce. Spoons and a tub of wet wipes next to the napkins... can that be a bad thing? What a fabulous way to do soft serve ice cream! Certainly a new option in the "let's go get ice cream" location list. We will undoubtedly go back to Crispy Cones and be telling friends and family to try it out, too!

If you’re searching for the ultimate dessert destination, look no further than Crispy Cones! This place is a total game-changer in the world of ice cream shops. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm aroma of their signature fresh-baked cones—crispy on the outside, soft and doughy on the inside, and absolutely heavenly. They’re more than just cones… they’re a dessert in themselves!

And the ice cream? Unbelievably creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Whether you go for a classic vanilla swirl or something more adventurous, every bite is smooth and satisfying. But the real magic happens when you start adding toppings—an enormous variety to choose from! From fresh fruits and crushed candies to warm sauces and unique crunches, there’s something to match every craving and personality.

The presentation is stunning, too—each cone is a work of art, Instagram-ready and guaranteed to make your taste buds dance. The staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do, which only adds to the positive vibe of the entire experience.

Crispy Cones doesn’t just serve ice cream—they deliver joy wrapped in a warm, sugary hug. Whether you’re a die-hard dessert lover or just in the mood for a treat, this place will exceed your expectations every single time. Highly, highly...

Mayor Joy Petro posted about this place and I saw it and was super excited to give it a try. I agree with a previous poster that the concept was way more exciting than the experience. Here are my thoughts..

-Too expensive - cost $23 for 3 cones which only had about 1 cup of MEDIOCRE soft serve. Peanut butter ice cream tasted like vanilla. -No cash payment option - self serve kiosk with no employee to direct your questions to. A poor customer in front of me has ordered a fruit cup but didn't know that there was no ice cream. She was disappointed. Especially as a new concept place, an employee should be available to direct and answer questions. -Limited customization - you get a lot of choices but you can't choose to get a naked cone (the cinnamon on the cone was so overpowering and still lingering after 20 mins) By the time you get to your cone you don't have ice cream to eat with it because the ice cream they put in the bottom had melted so then your just eating a pastry. -MESSY - they serve the cone in a cup because there is a hole at the bottom. It melts and pools in the cup. When they put the toppings on they fall out of your ice cream and the drizzle just rolls off everywhere.

All in all, I wish you luck but it gets a 0/3 return rate...

I went to Crispy Cones on a Saturday in the early afternoon. The first thing I noticed is that the store was uncomfortably hot. I suspect it is due to the open cone ovens. The next thing I noticed is the pricing, just under $8 for a cone and ice cream. I opted to get my children and wife the cone, and I would get just a bowl for a $4. The staff were all teenagers but they were friendly enough and the place was clean. The service was great and the cones were served very quickly. The bowl that I received was indiscernible by my palate from that which I can get from Arctic Circle for $1.45. Because the store was so hot the ice cream melted very quickly. The cones are served in a small bowl, but the cone’s diameter is larger than the bowl so the melted ice cream just got all over the place. I did try my daughter’s cone it was fine, but if we use the $1.45 benchmark for the ice cream there is no universe that a little bit of rolled dough, cinnamon and Nutella is worth the remaining cost of the item. I really wanted to like this place, but I don’t suppose I...
