We have been to this location many times and had great experiences, but this one in particular didn’t go well yesterday. It appeared that the manager on duty was more concerned with flirting/talking to one table, as one of the clerks upfront asked someone to grab him a few times when the line was long. Out of our food ordered, the shake, main chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets were left fed our tray. I had to go ask for them three times.
The gal who was up front taking orders looked stressed and hurried, and wasn’t really paying attention to her customers. I went up to ask for a drink cup, and after she helped the customer I front of me, she walked away, cleaned her glasses, fusses with two boxes on the counter behind her (as if to see if myself and the line of people behind me would disappear), went away for a moment, and then came back.
To add to this, there was one tall young man with blond hair taking orders that was extremely on top of his customer’s experience! His language and attitude toward all present was happy and jovial, but everyone else seemed to be irritated to be working that day. Also, a friend’s little boy was hit hard in the head and had cut his lip in the play place, and after we brought him out and got him cleaned up. This same young man reached out to our table to check on him and see how he was doing when he notices the injury.
I have eaten here a few times before and it was great-so I will be returning-but I will be looking for that one lanky tall blond young man who was helpful in many many ways, and any others also a expressing gratitude for...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a LARGE chocolate shake and a large lemonade and that is all. Should be pretty quick/simple to get me these things. I waited 15 minutes for these items. It is right before the dinner rush hits and they have 1 person on a register and this person is ordering a large amount of food, no problem with that, you do you. But me and the people behind me start piling up because everyone else is just standing around doing NOTHING. Whatever, I get to the front of the line and order the LARGE shake and lemonade. I pay for my food and proceed to wait 15 minutes for everything. I get the shake and it is a SMALL. I inform them I ordered a large (which I've gotten a large EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM CHICK-FIL-A AND I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE) and the employee informs me that this is the only size they sell. I'm bewildered at this point and am still standing there when the employee leaves me (still waiting on my lemonade). I then proceed to wait another 5 minutes for my lemonade. I understand if you're training new staff or its a large rush or something, but when I see multiple employees doing NOTHING but standing around, I'm going to be upset. Finally one employee got me my lemonade. I will NEVER return to this location. Completely unacceptable experience. I've worked in customer service for nearly 13 years and it is not that difficult, no matter how busy you are, to just check on someone who is OBVIOUSLY waiting for assistance. 0/10, absolutely...
Read moreWell all it takes is one bad experience to make a customer go from a five star to a 1 star for service. I do not live close by and traffic around there is always horrible around dinner. I was on my way home and decided to get something to eat and realized after I got home that I did not get one of my items. I tried calling and it kept going to voicemail. Finally got a hold of somebody after the 5th attempt and I was not able to go by the same day because I do not live close by. She gave me an option to get a coupon in the mail as the only option because they were not willing to give me my salad the next day when I would be in the area for my job. So not only do I have to waste gas to go all the way back out there but I also have to bring in my receipt (which I do have and that's no big deal) but it's so inconvenient with the heat and the traffic and the fact that they forgot it . What am I going to Wendy's or McDonald's or something? come on! You guys are supposed to be on top of your game of handing the right food to people. They used to be really good and I've never had an issue before but the last couple times I've been there they've been off their usual service. I will say she wasn't rude but she was just extremely non-accommodating **Management contacted me and refunded me my item on the Chick-fil-A app. It's just as easy to get a customer back up to a 5 star...
