The Tune Shop — Local services in Leavenworth

I've purchased a few guitars there and traded a couple there, sold one or two there. A couple of things I've noticed... If you are trying sell them they will tell you it's junk, everytime. The same selling points they sell you on, they tell you that those are the reasons they have to offer you bottom dollar. And then it's says it's gonna sit it in the store. Why do salesman say that? Isn't that the point of a store? To have the items they sell hanging in the store? They certainly don't give a discount because the guitar has "sat" in their store. I called them over the phone for cymbol sleeves.. they are out of everything and the guy I spoke with doesn't know anything about musicians needing parts.. seriously not cool..commen courtesy..do not shop for musical instruments in Leavenworth Kansas.. this store is a bad representation of professionalism.. the person that I spoke with over the phone didn't know anything...
