I walked into this store for the first time today because it looked very stylish and like it had timeless pieces to fit my wardrobe. I was really excited to see what they had! I was greeted right away by an employee who then walked away to help 2-3 other customers who were also getting the attention of the other employees. I took my time and walked around several areas of the store, and no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I grabbed a couple pieces I was interested in as I walked around, and at one point an employee was showing another customer some items on the rack next to me and asked that customer if she needed a fitting room. I was never asked if I needed a fitting room or help looking for anything in particular, even though I was holding a few items. The customer next to me was shopping for a trip to Italy. Since I was wearing athleisure clothes and looked very casual, I can't help but wonder if I didn't look like "a big ticket item customer" in comparison, and therefore not worth the same amount of time and attention. I put my items back where I found them and made my way out, without a "thank you for stopping in" farewell, which was on par with the rest of my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visit this location every other month or so. I live in small town America and drive 45min to get there. Yesterday, I visited and while looking at jeans was greeted and asked if I needed a fitting room. She also asked for my shoes size. When I went to the room, sheād added shoes, a blazer, jewelry and a hat. I was wearing jeans and a white tee when I walked in. I see a lot of complaints about customers not feeling like they received the customer service they expected. I enjoy seeing the employees chat with customers and I will often strike up conversation when paying or getting a fitting room. I also donāt have a problem asking for a fitting room or speaking up, but frankly Iāve never had to regardless of what Iām wearing. I consider them to be mid-level luxury. They are not paid on COMMISSION, so unless theyāre personally prejudice, they would have no reason to ignore someone based on how they look. White glove or concierge service requires a higher price point than Evereve carries, but they offer a far more elevated experience than a department store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLong time customer of Evereve but the new staff is terrible and Iām so turned off every time I walk in to browse. Mostly teen girls that are more consumed with their conversations than to acknowledge customers. If I come in looking more casual I get measurably less service than if I come in dressed up. By service, I mean if I ask for a dressing room I am acknowledged warmly vs ignored. I loved the service Evereve had previously with stylist. Even if I would I entertain your immature employees picking even the smallest item out for my outfit, I would never get the service I expect if they judged me to be middle class. This store used to be a place I would go for personalized styling with brands I can get at Nordstrom, now I avoid it. Donāt waste your time, ladies, go...
