It's a multi-pronged shopping center & business center (retail on ground level, office space on 2nd level). If I need something from one of the businesses in this plaza, I go here. Otherwise, I wouldn't stop --its not like a normal shopping center with a few "big chain stores" that's filled in & supplemented by smaller storefronts.
