Ordered mobile order on 06/19. Arrived on time to no mobile orders being worked on/started. Only one employee, working extremely slow, who then tells the customer in front of me “I’ll be right back” then runs outside to talk to his friends in the parking lot. All the while, people are in line waiting. After returning, he failed to wash his hands.
I asked to have my order canceled because the app wouldn’t let me, being it was past pickup time. I was told he didn’t know how and that his manager left him all alone so he can’t help me. I asked for his managers number and he gave me a deactivated number.
The charge posted meaning he completed the order in their POS. Completed an order he never made. It’s been about 1 week and I’ve yet to hear back from corporate or the store location to have the charge removed.
I’d recommend NEVER using mobile order with Subway. I’d also recommend never using this specific location due to the numerous health code violations I witnessed in a matter of 30 minutes. The older gentleman that was working was polite and friendly... he said that they had been very busy but the store was spotless and ready to be closed for the day... it seem to me that they didn't want to make anymore food.
