T.J. Maxx — Local services in Lebanon

Have 3 homes so I shop TJ's, Marshall's and Home Goods very often. This W Leb store is fabulous but has one setback... It Needs More Space!!! It seemed like everyone in the surrounding 100 miles shopped at this store at Christmas. One could hardly move! And, the shelves were empty! We Need a Larger Store...One Combined w Home Goods, PLEASE!!! Also, whoever chooses the staff, my friends and I agree that they are The Best And Most Efficient! I have never been in such a clean and well managed store! At holiday time the women I walk with in the am and I called the main office to advise. Imagine a store double the size to meet the needs of the communities that are w/in 50 miles away who come to shop there? C'mon Let's...

This is the only time that I didn't come out having bought anything. Everything was quiet and disarray. I checked out the clearance items and they were jammed packed full on the racks. It was difficult to look through them. Looks like they had quite a few summer items left. It's the middle of winter here but maybe they have it for people who travel to Florida or wherever.

For the first time, I didn't find anything that I really wanted to take back home with me. Of course not a single sales staff interacting with me. How do you think of it never have I had a staff member interact with me and asked if they could help me...

Normally I absolutely LOVE tjmaxx and they always have what I’m looking for but after what I experienced today it just made me wonder. Two obviously very new employees (one had mentioned it was her first day) were working the fitting room. The manager came up and had raised her voice enough to catch the attention of half the store. She was yelling at the girls about audits and which rack to use in the fitting room. This was enough to startle one of the girls into tears. Honestly no wonder they’re so...
