This place is horrible. Tonight is the 3rd time my wife and I have ordered from here, and the 3rd time they can’t get it done correctly. 1st time, we were told or order would be delivered within 45 mins. We got our order 2 hours late. 2nd time, I went and picked up the order at the time I was told to be there. I ended up waiting an extra 20 mins, and the girl who collected payment, reviewed the order with me, verifying it. I get home. Half my order was someone else’s. Tonight was the 3rd and final chance. We show up 15 mins later than the time told to pick up. I stood there waiting for 30 mins, watched as they told customers that were ahead of me that they would have to wait another 20 mins. Then, the girl looks at me, and when I start to speak, she turns around and walks away, starts dishing up an order, and continues to look up at me and dishing up the order. And finally tells me I’d have to wait another 25 mins. SHE DID NOT ASK MY NAME. So, how would she know? It’s been months since I was there the first...

Made a quick and random stop for a simple take out. I ordered 1 egg roll and a couple spring rolls. Once I was able to find a parking spot at my next stop I started with the egg roll and I have no idea what I was eating! No flavor and no clue what was in there for ingredients. It was pretty gross and tasteless! I ate half of it and moved onto the spring rolls. I made it hardly through half of one of them before I put it back in the bag. It was basically the same as the egg roll but a different roll and smaller as they are anyways. I have no idea what I was eating and there wasn't any flavor with either of the two different rolls. I threw them away. Greasy and disgusting!! Plus, as I placed my order and while I stood and waited at the counter there was a young girl (maybe 9 or 10?) behind the counter where the food prep is taking place and she is running, hopping and skipping around while attempting what it looks like is homework for school.
