Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Lebanon

Pulled up to the drive thru Sunday, Around 4:30 pm. Not another car in the parking area, nobody at the drive thru. Waited at the speaker for a couple minutes, and wondered if they were closed. When the person asked to take my order, I said, "hi, can I get 3 orders of the steak n cheese dippers and a large Baha soda please" person said.... "I have to ask LARGE orders to come inside".....still... not another car in the parking lot or drive thru! I had a migraine, and didn't want to, but I also didn't want to go home and cook.... so, .. I drive around the building, park, and go inside. I waited several minutes for the person to come in from vaping outside, and when I'm able to order, I say "can I get 3 steak n cheese dipper orders , no, since I had to come inside anyway, I guess I will get 6 orders, and can I have sourcream for 2 of the orders please, and a large baha" I am told they are out of Baha, I pay and I wait. 2 people come in.... still nobody at drive thru. I see a small bag brought up to the counter, after a minute I am told that's mine. I look in the bag, because it's impossible there's 6 orders in the bag. There's 3 dipper orders and 2 sour cream. No dipping sauce for the 3rd one, and I ordered 6 !! I'm then told, "there's 2 dippers in an order, you got 3 orders, so that's 6!!!" I didn't bother trying to order 3 more, I left and will never return. The place was filthy, people standing around in food prep area, and apparently 3 steak dippers orders is too big to handle at an empty drive thru! I frequent the Keene Taco Bell, I have never been treated the way I was at West Leb, but it explains why Keene is always packed and West Lebanon was empty on a Sunday around...

Absolutely horrible! I don’t like to be negative, I am very empathetic to short staff and understand most of those who show up are doing their best! However, something needs to be done here! Corporate/Management/Franchisees need to step in and help out! The whole lobby is absolutely trashed! I mean literally "trash" is overflowing, the floors are disgusting, you stick to them! I chose not to look in the kitchen so I won’t speculate! There was no chicken!! I mean it's "KFC"/Taco Bell! In fact, there were a few things advertised on big bold signs that they allegedly no longer sell… and the lady taking my order was a little rude when I tried to order said items! Which I am understanding of, it's frustrating when you're one of the few who show up for work! Also, I’d like to note this was a slow time of day! I was the only person in the store when I ordered and there were maybe 2 cars at the drive-through! Usually when I try to go here it’s so busy I don't bother, so I was excited to bring my kid who has been begging for a few items! Anyway, after we ordered we waited over 20 minutes for my food to be done! The last 4 minutes I was waiting a couple of employees were screaming at each other in the back. It was crazy! To top it all off the food was terrible, Taco Bell quality is Taco Bell but this was sloppy dog food bad! I felt like this was some kind of bar hidden camera TV show! There needs to be someone in corporate who can lead and help, or they need to just close the doors! No company should want to have their name on a location this bad! DO...

We waited in the outdoor drive up for 15 minutes and the line did not move. My husband got out and went inside to order, I parked the car. He ordered at 12:05, two Burrito and a soda. While we we waited for our number to be called we searched for a clean place to sit. There were none. The woman behind the counter taking orders was raising her voice and arguing with customers. By 12:32 we suspected that our order of two burritos had fallen through the cracks. We started out asking politely why it was taking so long and the older woman who needed to comb her hair and clean herself up started with a sarcastic pontification about how we had to wait our turn, they were understaffed and they had not yet started our order. The young guy making the food clearly was not happy and was literally throwing the food ad he made the tacos etc. At 12:40 we asked for our $15.00 back so we could leave because we couldn’t wait any longer. We were told that it was too bad but they would not give us our money back even though no food had been exchanged. We asked for the manager and was told he did not come in until after 3. About 5 minutes later they handed us a bag with two burritos that were cold and hardly had anything in them! Clearly a hostile act. We go to Taco Bell quite often but never again to this one! Dirty, nasty workers, understaffed and an hour to get two soft Burritos that were not good! Save tour time and money. Go...
