I went to Taco Bell Around 12:30am on Thursday July 18th,2025 The gentleman at drive through no hello no thank you for choosing taco bell. He says to customer/ me to start off KFC is closed down for the night not a problem. then he says only taco bell open not a problem. Then he says im the only one working at the restaurant so it will take a while Not problem . Then he goes on to tell me that there is no beef and I cant place order for the number 9 at taco bell. I said wow sounds like nobody wants to work. he raises his voice screaming at me through drive up and demends that I get the hell out of his taco bell drive through immediately with a very rude tone of voice so rude that it might even cause a big problem for the restaurant so bad that it might cause a big liability for taco bell. He then yells at me to again get the hell out of his drive through window or he is placing a call to the police. I then tell him he is welcome to call them while he is screaming at Me through the drive Through window. He then screams at me that i have just 10 seconds to get the hell out of his drive through window or else. I ASSUMED THIS WAS A THREAT.I explained to him that you will not get me upset I will not waste my time arguing with you. Then I could not make out what he was saying beans or hamburger and he says you know beef you spell it "B- e-e-f " as he was trying to shame me for not understanding what he was saying? There was a white car parked in the drive Through window at the drive up when I went by not sure if this is his friend girlfriend or whomever. I asked to speak to his manger and he screams at me that he is the manager and to get the hell off his property. Which i dont think with an attitude like that he would possibly own a multi million dollar corporation. I asked him his name about 10 times and he continued to scream at me to get off the property that he was placing a call to the local police department. I kindly explained to him to Go ahead and call the police because those days are coming to an end. You need to treat your customers kindly and stop being so rude to your customers and then trying to escalate the situation by calling 911 or the local police department on your paying customer after you treat them so rudely. I asked for his name about 10 times at no point would he give me his NAME I then ask to speak to the manager and he screams at me I am and what are you going to do about it? The gentleman is tan to darker skin curly hair may be spanish or black wearing a...

I’m honestly in disbelief at the customer service I received tonight. I called ahead to this location as a courtesy, just to ensure my DoorDash order would be correct—since previous orders had been wrong. I specifically asked for no lettuce, no tomato, and wanted to make sure that was noted clearly. Instead of acknowledging my concern, the manager argued with me, insisting that the ticket on their end said otherwise. That’s beside the point—I was simply trying to help prevent another mistake by sharing how it was entered on my end.
Rather than working with me or showing even a hint of empathy, they escalated the situation by putting another manager on the phone, who told me I needed to “order it correctly.” I did. I even sent a screenshot of my order to the Dasher, so they could show it in person. When I asked this second manager for his name, he refused, saying it was "policy" not to give names out. That seems odd, especially since I manage a hotel myself, and we literally have name cards for accountability. It’s also Taco Bell policy for employees to wear name tags, so refusing to identify yourself feels like a serious lack of transparency.
I asked for a receipt and documented the issue for this review. What began as a polite, preventative call turned into an unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional experience. All I wanted was to ensure my food was prepared correctly—and instead, I was treated as if I had done something wrong.
Let’s be clear: the issue lies with a glitch between the DoorDash app and Taco Bell’s system, not the customer. It’s unfair and completely inappropriate to treat a guest poorly because of something outside their control. This location seriously needs a refresher on customer service and how to handle concerns...
Read moreSuch a fascinating dynamic. I just read about 20 prior reviews and they consistently outline the array of problems that practically strike you in the face as you step into this location. First, online orders issue a pick-up time based upon the idea that the restaurant is rapidly preparing meals, although it is not. So one enters and typically finds a cluster of annoyed, agitated and bewildered customers encircling the counter in various stages of waiting and agita. What is mystifying is that despite the chronic pitfalls, solutions to improve service have not been applied, with the one exception that labels bearing the name of the customer are very gradually affixed to bags of food, which is the one improvement seen in three visits over two years. In today's order, one item was not added to my bag. Luckily, I only waited fifteen minutes beyond the reported pick up time. I join the throngs of other reviewers in strongly recommending that people avoid this KFC unless they are purposely intent upon elevating hypertension or have a hankering for a fit of rage. The potential for improvement in processes and systems is ever-present, but has not yet been addressed. Yours in mutual suffering, and extra crispy, a would be fan of...
