Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Leesburg

I first ate at a Ledo's in 2001. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It was a treat and a pleasure to go eat at one. I decided to try this location and it was dead and depressing inside. There was no customers in the restaurant and there were about four tables with food and beverages on them. For whatever reason the staff missed or decided not to clean them. The bathrooms were dirty and each had at least one stall out of service. I decided to get the pizza to go. The pizza was good. It had plenty of toppings, hot, the beef pepperoni was spicy. The gentleman working was extremely friendly, but I can’t overlook the restaurant appearance. The location looks like it needs help and there is a ripped help wanted sign on the front door. Ledo's use to be a place for families, a quick business meeting, and your kid's soccer team. This location is far from it. I would order carryout maybe, but I would never eat...

We did not have a good experience on Saturday night. When we entered the restaurant around 8:00, it was not busy but the three empty booths had not been bussed and we had to wait for one to be cleared. We had to ask multiple times for utensils and were finally given plastic utensils as if we were ordering carryout. We tried to order lasagna and gyros only to be told that the restaurant was out of both. When our pizza came, the server told us that all of the serving spatulas were being washed. The server seemed generally disinterested even though, by the time we were done, we were the only table. In addition, the state of the restrooms led us to question the standards of cleanliness elsewhere. We've had good experiences before, so we are hoping this was just...

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza that was burnt on the edges and the cheese was overcooked. I ordered sausage, chicken and jalepenos, there was hardly any chicken and tons of jalepenos. Also the pizza was very thin, round on the edges with no crust just burnt round edges! When I called and talked to Stephanie the manger she said she could offer me a small for the inconvenience!? Ledos is not cheap and you should get what you pay for. Been ordering ledos since the 70's and this pizza was not quality. When I came to get the pizza there were teenagers laughing and joking amongst each other and when I called the next day whichever young person picked up the phone was in the middle of laughing with another then too.
