My sister and I came here around 9pm last night, we were aware that they closed at 9:30 and weren't planning on staying long. We each found a few items and went to the fitting rooms. The fitting room attendant said something about closing but I couldn't fully understand, so I asked a clarifying question and she rolls her eyes and says "just go" and let me in the fitting room. She wouldn't even let my sister try on her stuff and said we were acting entitled. I was almost done trying on my items and then they turned the lights off in the fitting rooms. I go to the traverse location about once a week as my “me” time. The store is very organized and clean, and they put new things out all of the time. I love this store and wish I could give it five stars. They have hired some new cashiers recently that are immature and inattentive. They often flirt and carry on loud inappropriate conversations while they are checking me out. I bought some shoes for a good price and was happy with them but then a short while later the strap broke and they became unusable. Upset that they had completely broken in such a short period of time, I went back and asked if I could return them. The worker told me she didn't know because they looked "very worn".
