Bout Time Pub & Grub Lehi — Restaurant in Lehi

This is usually our go-to restaurant no complaints usually but tonight our service was horrible! Server Sharlee took our drink & appetizer order. I had to ask if we could put our regular order in and her reasoning of forgetting about us was she got caught up with her regulars. Little she knows we are regulars. After taking our order in which I ordered a 10 in pepperoni pizza, and he ordered a club sandwich. His food came out I waited thinking my pizza was coming soon...Nope! Instead he finished his entire meal and she was no where to be seen. Then when I finally did see her she would avoid me. Once I seen the other server I asked her if she could get my food or server and then Sharlee decides to walk over. When I said I never received food and he was done with her attitude she tells me "well pizza takes 25 min to cook". I thought that was interesting cause I looked around at her other tables and no one ordered pizza. On previous occasions when we've been to this location we usually get our pizza with the rest of our order. I think if she had mentioned when I ordered the pizza, it was taking 25 min. Maybe I would've ordered something else instead. Because of her service I guess we will now take our business to the Sandy location for...

Sad to delete our prior 5 star review. The new manager at this location, Gunner, is HORRIBLE. He’s ruined our “favorite bar”. We are long time regulars, always loved the staff, owner is great, and always brought friends.. but won’t anymore. Gunner tried to ban my husband accusing my husband of getting in a female bartenders face and claimed to have it on video but refused to show it when we demanded he was lying. My husband ONLY had a disagreement with Gunner, no females. Now “supposedly” the ban was only for one month. No thanks. Gunner has now fired our FAVORITE waitress, Daissy. The one person who was trying to get us to give this place another shot. He said she had too many “no call no shows” after she called in.. when she asked him to tell her when she ever had a no show he wouldn’t and just said “good luck”. This guy is on a power trip and it shows! He’s ruined the vibe there COMPLETELY. He lies. Doesn’t do anything about bullying between servers. My husband has been going since it opened and we were excited for the new EM location but now will likely have to start going to The Break. Really sucks! Please let us know if Gunner ever leaves and we’ll try it again. Thanks for the past good times!...

I really wanted to like this place as the bar tenders were nice all though very busy. First o asked for an Ol Fashion made with Bullit. It came out orange, and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. The other bar tender did notice I wasn't touching the drink and made me another one which was better but was way too sweet. Next I had ordered an appetizer (Monte Crisco Egg Rolls) and after waiting close to an hour for them I finally got thier attention. First was told it was two orders ahead then mine would come out. After I watched several orders go out I decided to give up and cash out. Got someone's attention to notify the bar tenders I was chashing out. Guess what.. they brought me my order as they handed me the card machine. I asked for a to go box and left. The front ID checker was really cool and I let him know what happened. He was surprised they didn't take something off the order.. I told him just make sure the manager is aware, thanked him and left.. normally I'm quite considerate of servers as I travel a lot for work, but this was pure negligence as a...
