UPDATE: After arriving at my destination and unrolling my overpaid order, I discovered that they also printed in the wrong size, which I was very clear about in my email. I couldn’t even use the three pieces I PAID EXTRA FOR which I was in such a bind to get. I’m furious and I want a full refund.
Original review follows. I will update things if I get a response and/or resolution.

I will never spend a dime at this store again. I have had issues the last three times I’ve come in with mispricing twice, this time with the associates trying to charge me QUADRUPLE PRICE for paper I didn’t request.
The first time I was told that I couldn’t print files using a USB drive and would have to email. I had concerns with that in this case (I was printing tax documents with my personal information) but was assured that my documents would be deleted. I have received no such confirmation, but when I called to confirm a print order today the associate searching for my new order read the subject line from the original email which was supposed to be deleted.
Last time, I came to drop off a few amazon returns and was told that I would be charged a $2 “handling fee” for printing off the label I sent in. Absurd for a single b&w sheet.
This time I sent in a few files to be printed (five 11x17s in color and three 24x36 oversized in black and white). I was in a rush and called to confirm that it could be done in time (that’s when I heard them reading off the subject line of my tax documents email). When I arrived everything had been printed on high end cardstock and my expectations of a sub-$20 order rang up to $72. When I brought up my concern and asked what could be done the associate who printed my order insisted that I had requested cardstock. I was not asked on the phone (and I have never been offered cardstock for my oversize prints in the past), and I had to pull up the email to show that I had not in fact requested the upgrade. The associate did a partial discount (reducing it to $40). If I had not been in a time crunch I would have insisted that the store eat the bad print even if I had to wait for a reprint.
Declines in service, upcharges all over the place, and failure to comply with promised expectations? I’m out. UPS will never get another dollar from me unless they are the...
Read moreUsually, I appreciate my experience at the UPS Store, specifically this location. They’ve always been helpful with my printing needs and Amazon returns. So, I decided to “kill two birds with one stone” on a trip out and do an Amazon return AND mail out a Valentine’s Day package to my elderly mother in law. The cost to mail the package was a more than I would have paid at the post office- but for the convenience, I felt like it was justified.
A month after my mother in law was supposed to receive the package, I got a phone call from the UPS store saying that the package was undeliverable and was sent back and needed to be picked up. When I went back into the UPS store- I asked if I could get a refund since the package was never delivered, I felt like UPS had failed to do their job. The girl who was helping me said that she would speak to the owner of the store and be right back. When she returned, she said that it wasn’t possible to get a return because they had tried to deliver this package and then had taken it to another UPS store for pickup. My elderly mother in law cannot drive, and has very, very limited resources for transportation. She rarely leaves her apartment and I almost wonder the UPS delivery person even attempted to enter and locate her apartment. I order Amazon deliveries and send packages USPS all the time without issue- they are always delivered right to her doorstep. I’m so disappointed in how this whole situation went down- and basically took the package to the USPS and spent extra money to ship it again. I’ll never ship through UPS again if I...
Read moreI had an outstanding experience with the people at this location this morning. At the very last minute I had an urgent print job for the program for a family funeral. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't have enough time to order them in advance so I hurriedly emailed my request 15 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I followed up with a call to see if they'd be able to help me and they kindly looked up my email and said they would be able to! In my rush, I'd sent the wrong file and they waited patiently while I re-sent the correct file. She confirmed the pricing to make sure I didn't have a surprise when I got there. We then agreed I would pick it up ASAP. A few minutes later, I got a call from another team member and he said that the printed version didn't look quite right when folded (as I told them I intended to do). He said he'd made some adjustments and had a mock up for me to review. I was so surprised and grateful! I told him I trusted his judgment and they went ahead and printed them for me. To top it off, when I arrived in a panicked rush (and a few minutes later then I had wanted), I found the first team member had folded the programs and was inspecting them for final approval. I was so touched at the compassion and care they showed me. I felt terrible for rushing this on them but they didn't complain and were so thoughtful. I don't remember their names but they definitely deserve recognition for being kindhearted when they certainly didn't have to be! Oh, and the adjustments he made were definitely an improvement so trusting...
