I had to rate a three because of our experience this particular time, but I will adjust if future outings go better.
First, to get this out of the way, the service was top notch, as is consistent with any Chick-Fil-A.
Our problem came with the order we put in. Both meals we ordered (dine-in) were I correct. We ordered a spicy deluxe as well as an original with extra pickles. We received a regular spicy and an original with no pickles...we were able to swap out the original for one with pickles, but it was so busy we were unable to get the corrected spicy deluxe.
The quality of the food was also great on par with the usual experience.
As an aside, I wish more people knew that you shouldn’t save seats prior to ordering, especially when there are people waiting with their food (and I’m not just talking about myself, there were several people waiting for tables that got stolen by people that hadn’t ordered yet....looking at you purple shirt and jeans lady, great example you set...

I went back in to get one and they struggled to understand the problem even though I took it in with me and they could see through the clear lid of the container they had put it in. Finally they gave me a bun without charging me again. They did ask if the rest of the order was right, but I hadn't realized we were missing something else. 2nd, we realized that we were missing a chocolate milk for the kids meal, but we were a good 15 miles down the road. What's most frustrating was that we were trying to get somewhere else after one appointment, so stopping to get things right took a fair amount of time that we didn't really have. Read moreWent Friday the 27th, hoping to use my free chick-fil-a sandwich reward. It was very busy. The employee “David” was not well educated or aware of the reward/coupon policy. He did not tell me that I was suppose to order it as an entree and not a meal to get the discount. Yet he still scanned the rewards on my phone and was acting totally oblivious like he didn’t realize what he was doing. He told the manager, and I was expecting them to fix the problem and refund my money and start the transaction over. But instead they wrote my name down in the book and told me I could get a free meal next time.
