Purchased an e-bike at the Lenexa, KS store. Bike was marked as a new/unused product would be, but was missing charger (which the store disclosed) and the battery key (which the store did NOT disclose). I called Schwinn to inquire about securing replacements for those and was informed, to my considerable surprise, the bike was 4 years old! I wasn’t expecting the currenr year’s model, but four years old?! Wrote Sierra corporate and called the store direcy to ask for a discount. Neither seemed bothered about selling a 4-year old bike as a new product without disclosing that to the customer, and neither would entertain a request for a discount. Only remedy is to return for a full refund. Nobody was unfriendly, but nevertheless a disappointing experience...

The fitting rooms had gross stuff all over the walls and floors but I’d say the worst part is the mirrors in the whole store. Have they never heard of windex? Every mirror in the store/fitting rooms are foggy and smudged all over. It’s bad enough that the manager even let them open the doors to the public like that. But when you can’t even see what you’re trying on through the mirrors is bad. Cashiers had no clue what they were doing. Had to wait 10 minutes for change while they filled their drawers. I will not be returning....
Read moreI went there to ask if I could exchange one of the t-shirts I bought because I picked a wrong size , because I lost the ticket the manager of the store denied my request , she couldn't even find the transaction . Iam very very very disappointed about that . I didn't ask for my money back I just wanted a different one with a right size . Its a 10 bucks t-shirt and i thought it's not gonna be a big deal .but anyway it is very disappointing experience with their poor...
