Arrived for our appointment for a Pfizer booster with a family member and had a very unusual vaccination experience. Despite the CDC statement that consumers are boosters will not require additional documentation and consumers are not required to get a prescription or a letter from their doctor, compounded by the fact that CVS' own messaging said only your insurance card was needed, the pharmacy staff told us we didn't have appointments, despite our confirmations for that location, didn't have prescriptions and images of our vaccination cards prevented us from receiving a booster there. They refused to give us a card listing just the booster. We instead received our boosters at the local hospital the next day successfully with images of our vaccine cards and received cards with just that booster on it. My confirmation said that I had a 10 minute window until 1pm before my appointment would be cancelled, but they said since the pharmacist was now on lunch, that it was out of their control and that no one could help me. They told me that their system would be shut down until 2pm and that there was nothing they could do to help me until after that time. I don’t understand why the pharmacist would go to lunch when they had a scheduled appointment. Read moreI'm a frequent customer and sadly was very disappointed..I was in a hurry this day so decided to do the instant photo machine. I click print and the printer is instantly out of ink. There was a customer that arrived after me, did the "1 hour" and got them developed before me. If store was busy I would understand, but it wasn't. After this it xame.up out of.paper and after this the paper was jammed.. at this point I'm frustrated and I ask the manager for the 1 hour price as a discount because it's cheaper and she replied that it wasn't her fault.
