JCPenney — Local services in Leominster

Went in twice today,

Good; •Prices are decent. I found a few good deals. •Things are clearly labeled. Both sections of the store and prices of individual items themselves. •The 4 staff members that I dealt with between both trips were all extremely nice and seemed genuinely happy and engaged. •Other shoppers were very nice and helpful. •The store as a whole is clean and decently well kept. •The line at checkout moved along well, even with only one employee behind the register. •Making my return once I found the correct desk was very easy.

Bad; •The handicap stall toilet was backed up, and the floor was extremely wet, so I slipped walking in, and there was toilet paper everywhere. It did look like someone may have deliberately messed up that stall. •There was one sink not working, but two others were available to use. •I couldn't find someone to help when I had a question. •I couldn't find a register (customer service desk) that had someone who could check me out. •I was rung up for three of the same items when I only had one. •Customer service desks don't necessarily do returns. Make sure you're at the right place. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to be told I was at...

Only great department store we have left in Leominster, noticed prices are getting better and more sales. People need good prices, with all that is going on. Great selection of clothes and nice, clean place to shop. It will be nice when you open more registers in women’s area, have to walk around to find one available, same with dressing rooms. Only thing I wish is that your shoe prices were better, I find them to be high. Other than that, very happy you’re still there, I don’t like to shop online at all. I go to your beauty salon and the few hairdressers are great, but they need a receptionist at the front desk. A hairdresser should be able to do their customer’s hair, and not have to run to answer phones, or help customers buying beauty products. Miss the mall the way it used to be, sad about that, we need more good stores like...

Honestly I love JCPenny in general. It’s always my top store to go shopping in back home, but I’m used to the Holyoke mall(if you know you know) this JCPenny is very unorganized I feel like and kind of disheveled. I feel kind of suffocated in this atmosphere and I don’t feel like their selection of clothes is 100% amazing. There’s room for growth in that aspect but I have found a few things when visiting so I can’t complain too much it was just hard to find stuff. Workers are extremely nice and good at their jobs and that’s what would keep me coming back. But another problem id also like to add is I never fricken know where to check out!
